Well located, comfortable hotel
Pros:

The Eurostars Book Hotel, Munich proved to be an excellent base for exploring the city. Its location is a real strength — less than a 10-minute walk from München Hauptbahnhof, making arrivals and departures effortless, and only around 20 minutes on foot to Marienplatz and the historic centre.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and well laid out, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

Overall, a well-located, comfortable hotel that offers convenience and comfort in equal measure — ideal for both short city breaks and longer stays in Munich.

Pros:

Location and the room

Cons:

The room phone was out of order. I thought water was free for all hotels the following day, but I had to buy it from them (no big deal). Even though I put a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, room service came in and cleaned the room.

Room was spacious and clean, facilities were excellent breakfast was good. Staff were accommodating and very helpful, the bar staff and selection of food and drinks were good

Ich war, wie immer bei meinen Aufenthalten in München, auch diesmal wieder im Eurostars SEHR zufrieden, vor allem auch, da die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit aller Mitarbeiter in diesem Haus einfach unbeschreiblich großartig ist.

Cons:

Die ziemlich zentrale Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar, aber - und das hat nichts mit dem Hotel als solchem zu tun - es ist einfach schade, dass die Umgebung (mehr oder weniger direkt am Hauptbahnhof gelegen) nicht die beste ist ...

Pros:

Big Hotel in good location. Parking directly under the hotel was convenient. Mostly english speaking staff. Rooms are modern and of good size.

Cons:

The gym (fitnessraum) is small and the machines are either not working or are in urgent need of repair. The sauna was not working at all. A wierd one - no toilet brushes in any of the toilets - makes for a messy WC...
