Idyllic location and exceptional staff/service. Our room was a great size and quiet; the bed and linen were comfy. We had a lovely time relaxing here with plenty of pool and restaurant options. The hotel offers an airport shuttle bus service which is really useful and the afternoon tea and happy hour slots were nice with live music.
Nothing major but the Thalasso pool looked like it needed a good deep clean in parts but could have just been end of season.
Phenomenal Hotel and Wellness Centre near Nago Okinawa. Rooms were spacious and extremely well appointed and serviced twice daily . Staff were remarkable making you feel extraordinary welcome at every interaction. Best feeling making it a wonderful stay. The Wellness facility including 14 stage Salt water Bio pool was awesome. The infinity pool too was great . The Fine Dining evening and breakfast varied and tasty.
Nothing to note the sea does have noted jellyfish but not unusual
Wow, we were blown away by this property. We visited for our honeymoon so had some extra monies to splurge. We were a little nervous at first as there were a couple of strange reviews of guests not enjoying it, but we had SUCH a wonderful time and felt incredibly spoilt throughout!
We were greeted right away and the first view in the lobby is already breathtaking. The hostess walked us to our room and showed and explained the facilities to us whilst carrying our bags on the trolley. We went for the Ocean View room and it was an absolute dream with a spacious balcony with undisturbed views of Busena Bay. Our room was cleaned every day and they also did a night turnover with fresh pyjamas which was quite a nice touch, they also gave us some heart shaped soap petals to use in the bathtub with a sweet message wishing us a wonderful honeymoon.
The afternoon tea and happy hour serve complimentary drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and a self-serve champagne and white/rose/red wine station and another station with fruits and nibbles all whilst a pianist brought extra atmosphere at a relaxed vibe.
The hotel is very health focused and we enjoyed breakfast very much with a wide range of options and all freshly made in the semi-open kitchen. Every day they have a special such as pancakes and fresh toast. We personally really enjoyed all the healthy options but if you are more into the heavier breakfasts they will allow you to eat at the sister resort (which is HUGE by the way).
You pretty much have free rein to visiting their sister resort and they'll happily assist with taking you by golf-cart, although it is only a five minute walk. The staff is also able to book your dinners at the restaurants at the property or in the local proximity (especially helpful if you speak limited Japanese).
The outdoor pool is lovely and the Thalasso Pool is definitely something you should experience!
All in all, we had a fantastic time!!
Not much to fault at all. Perhaps it would've been nice to have the outdoor swimming pool to be open longer (closes at 6pm). The Thalasso Pool was a lovely touch and opens longer, however we were a little put off by all the rules.

My husband and i booked the two bedroom for our family trip with my mother. When we checked in it was just a bed set up in the living room with no door. Not ideal for three adults.
The staff were extremely helpful and switched our rooms to be two rooms. However we had to pay an additional $1500!
It ended up being more expensive than The Ritz Carlton!!
Once we were in our rooms it was lovely the staff were super helpful and friendly the beach is probably one of the nicest beaches on the island.
