The location was great, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean.
Was very cold (and dry) in the room, even with the heater. We asked for another blanket to be able to sleep, but still out of bed was cold. We are aware that this was one of the coldest weekends in New York City's history. In addition, there was construction on the lower levels, which we did not know about in advance. This added banging and noise. The hotel room needs a revamp. The nightstand drawer kept on opening because it wasn't leveled properly when installing/ mounting it to the wall.

Hotel location near metro station for few lines. Shops, restaurants and fast foods very near.
Relatively small rooms. We had a room with two double beds for 4 people. There were two of us and it was small. One bed is scrunched up against the air conditioning/heating unit what very noisy when in operation. So you have only two options - not to freeze at night and turn on the automatic heating to a certain temperature and wake up every time the heating starts, or sleep more peacefully but freeze.

Great hotel in a super convenient East Side location – just a quick ride from Avenue A where we went to see a band. Diamond at the front desk gave us the friendliest welcome when we dropped our bags off early; she was genuinely warm, super helpful with directions, and made the pre-check-in bag drop completely seamless.
When we returned later, the room was spotless, quiet (a lifesaver after a loud show), and the bed was really comfortable. Strong water pressure in the shower, reliable Wi-Fi, and the complimentary water station and coffee in the lobby were a nice touch.
All in all, a really solid stay – we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town for a gig!

It's a budget hotel, meets basic needs. There is daily housekeeping but they basically just change the litter and towels, the hygiene is very basic.
There is shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available, and also a hair dryer.
The bed is confortable enough.
There was a vent in our bathroom that even if turned off made the most raucous sound ever, I had to buy ear plugs to be able to fall asleep.

keycards are finicky. beds are very firm. pillows are very weak. windows and walls are thin.
