Good location and service
Pros:

The hotel is easy to reach by transit. They granted our requests: We could check-in early and the hotel provided us with a two-bed room. (There were two of us.)

Overall good for what I needed for a stay in the city. Being close to the subway helped a lot.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel. I liked that we were able to keep our bags there before or after check in. The front desk workers were very kind.

Cons:

The space in between the king bed and the desk in the room did not have a lot of room to move around with. You could not use the chair to the desk and walk to the other side of the room. Possibly needs a smaller desk.

I did not love that the bags that were left at the hotel before or after check-in were just left out in the open. I feel as if they should be kept in a more secure place. When I walked in to pick up my bags the front desk worker was speaking to another coworker in their office. It could have been just a second but that’s all it takes for some one to take something that isn’t theirs.

Good value stay
Pros:

Clean and modern room, great value, everything you need for a base to explore NYC!

Cons:

Housekeeping was inconsistent, one day we weren't left any towels, another day we weren't given any cups/coffee, and another a bag of rubbish was left in the middle of the room like they'd forgotten to take it out. Nothing that caused any big issues but was a bit annoying at times.

Great location! Awesome staff!
Pros:

The staff was awesome and accommodating. At check-in we were informed that our request for two beds wasn´t able to be honored, but by our second day, we were moved to a two bed room with a better view of the city! Everyone was a total rockstar! also, the location is great and the Subway was just around the corner.

Okay but wouldn’t stay longer than a night
Pros:

Good Location close to China town and the Bridges.

Cons:

Very expensive for what it is, no mirror in the bathroom, a bit dated and dirty and quite loud as it’s right on the road. You can also hear everything from the neighbour rooms.
