Good Hotel with the need for improvements for guest experience
Pros:

Good location, while not central - good access to Underground at a 2min walk and quite central in the area. SOHO wasn't too far so helped with night outs. Lots of cafe's, restaurants in the vicinity. Good house keeping! Staff at front desk was quite helpful!

Cons:

Lots of renovation and refurbishment in the hotel currently, our key almost always failed to open our door and needed reconfiguring - apparently it was down to the lock and system being old and being updated as part of refurb.

Pros:

The access to MTA was really convient. The Cantina restaurant was nice and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The size was small and there was construction going outside my window that disturbed my sleep.

A good hotel with a nice balance of basic needs and proximity to Manhattan without a huge price tag.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and attentive, room was clean. Location was convenient for the F train.

Cons:

Contracting works outside and inside on the 2nd floor were loud and meant I didn’t sleep much beyond 8am (when jet lagged, not ideal).

This would be my first choice for a hotel in NYC, and I've stayed in many.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and quiet, with a great bed. The location was only a block from the subway and near lots of excellent restaurants. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing, really.
