Pros:

Flooded even rain just poured for a few hours. We couldn’t walk anywhere. Taxi didn’t want a short distance ride back to the hotel. We walked with our shoes deep in the flooded trash.

Pros:

The hotel itself was clean with efficient check in. One staff, young guy who was exceptional! I was surprised to see graffiti on the wall across the street and a bunch of stuff on the sidewalk that made it impossible to walk through. Breakfast was very good. And there is a convenience store a couple of doors down. There are a few things about this place that did not sit right with me but not so that I will downrate it. May be good for other people.

Pros:

The hotel is an excellent location, walking distances to Japan town, the river, shops and many excellent dining options are close by. The staff speak English and are very helpful. My only complaint is the walk in shower door is not properly sealed so it is easy to flood the bathroom if you are not careful.

Property was old and needed some TLC looked good from outside but room was old . Bed and pillows were not comfy breakfast buffet was the low point and I couldn't find anything good to report. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Pros:

The property was far older than it appears in thd photos and the street it is located on had a lot of construction and rats. There was no bath, the shower leaked and the wallpaper was peeling.
Staff were pleasant. Buffet breakfast was ok but limited for western tastes.
Once out of that street the location is good. Surrounded by high end shopping and the Opera House.

A lovely hotel with everything you need . All the staff are very friendly and helpful. In a good location for sightseeing. The only thing I was disappointed with is that we never got to go for breakfast because it ended at 9am I think it would of been better if it was 10am but that’s just my opinion and there probably a lot of business people stay here. All in all a very good hotel

This hotel had extremely friendly staff, the rooms were large and spacious. The breakfast buffet was great with impressive service. I didn't know what to expect being used to American hotels, a and apparently the ratings here do not coincide with American ratings. This hotel should be rated four and a half Stars. I give it five stars on the rating because it is so much more than expected for the price.

Bed was very comfortable and room was nice in general. The first night (Friday) was great so we booked another night. Second night was not so good. It felt like the bed was inside a nightclub. Not sure why one night was dead quiet and the next was extremely noisy.
