Friendly staff
They advertise for free beer mug if they ordered 800 food. The mug is not available.

Worst hotel ever.
I had to leave the hotel at midnight and find another hotel on the first night!
They had to change my room 4 times! and wanted to change it again.
firstly the Air conditioner wasn't working, the technician came up, agreed it wasn't working, then unbelievably told me to wait another 20 minutes to give it time to work, and then call reception. it was so bad in that room I got dizzy and light headed. I was trying to fall asleep to get through it. I was already exhausted from my flight.
they then changed me to a room that was supposed to be non smoking. it clearly wasn't non smoking. after 2 minutes in the room I couldn't take it. I went down to reception with all my stuff. the smell stuck in my nose. the manager told me to wait 20 minutes for a new room.the 3rd room. I was exhausted by this point. after more than 40 minutes trying to sleep in the lobby, I got fed up and demanded a room immediately. miraculously at that moment a room was ready, after 40 minutes.
the 3rd room seemed fine so I had a nap. after the nap , I woke up cold. I went to adjust the AC. then I realised there was no way to do so. it was either on or off. no remote, no nobs on the wall mounted AC.
I went back down to the reception on my way to dinner. told them this is unacceptable. I can't be freezing cold or die from heat if I turn it off. it has to be adjustable.
I came back from dinner and was informed they wanted to move me to the 4th room! I said I want to cancel my booking. they said please try it. At the 4th room, the AC was extremely loud. I have videos and other review have stated the same. I still tried to fall asleep and make it through the night as I was at this point, extremely tired. I couldn't sleep. I called up the manager to show her. She took her time after telling me she'd be right up. I then demanded they refund me my money. I told her I am leaving immediately.
I left at 11:30pm with all my luggage to find another hotel.
I was sceptic after a one night and first stay at their location near the airport. But this location and facility of Go Hotels is much better. Nice, clean budget hotel with good service and friendly staff. All the basics you would expect are there. Perfect for 1-2 nights.
