Palmbeach Resort and Spa Mactan

Was cheap in what it presented in the online brochures, had no beach or view, was run down, extremely hot within the building, no air conditioning to walk to your room.
Poorly run, far from any restaurants or places of interest.

The property seemed good for kids. I would maybe recommend this property for a larger group. There were many activities that a larger group might enjoy but as a couple, we did not use.

Great ace for family and group gatherings. Has both options for pool and the beach.

This is a dive resort but we really enjoyed the property and room at a fair price. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

Staff are very helpful and accomodating.They respond quickly to your requests.Lobby needs to be upgraded.Only thing that I did not like is the shower. The whole bathroom gets wet because there is no enclosure just a shower curtain .But overall you get good value for your money.Room is spacious and very clean.A little far from the city but if you want peace and quiet I would recommend this place plus it is right across a 7 Eleven and a good Korean Restaurant.

This is our 2nd time here, the place is very affordable, has 3 lovely clean pools and a jacuzzi. The staff are amazing, and so polite. The breakfast is good but limited choice. There's great resturants nearby but most places you need a taxi ride (200 peso)
If you like a quiet relaxing place this is it.
The rooms are clean, comfy and the beds really nice. A/c keeps the room nice even when 34 degrees outside.
Highly recommend this hotel, we will be back

친구들과함께 씨뷰스위트를예약했지만 방에문제가있어서 기본원룸두개를 배정받았습니다 시설이나 서비스에는 문제가없었지만 방이 변경된것에 약간의 아쉬움과 바다반대편방은 밤늦게까지 클럽소리가 들려서 잠들기힘들었습니다 오래됐지만 깔끔한숙소와 바다와붙어있는 수영장이 마음에들었습니다

It was a sweet escape from the busy metropolis at Palm Beach resort.

The place is beautiful, staff friendly and a clean place to stay in.

Plus points for the very accommodating staffs during our visit.

Napaka accessible din if you want to have an island hopping adventure.

The resort is lovely, the staff is extremely pleasant and friendly, and the outside pool areas are clean and well furnished with nice cottages. The restaurant menu is good and the food is delicious. Airport transfer is a bit expensive but on par with other resort transfers. I can't really fault our stay, rooms are well furnished, plenty of tv channels, bathroom clean and well stocked.

The room was was huge just for me and my younger sister.no available walking flipflops.but the over all room was great.your evry penny never go to waste.The staff are all accomodating.Theres a breakfast option like a checklist whenever theres a few people staying at hotel..Just one time we had an early tour and were worried that we cant avail the inclusion,they didnt tell us but to my surprise they gave us a pack lunch before we go..in that way you can really tell thay they worth every star you gave them😊😊😊😊.Kudos to all the staff specially kuya manong cleaning at the pool who always greet us a warm welcome..

Me and my wife stayed here at this hotel for 5 days and we have nothing but good experiences. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. They always made sure that our needs are met. My wife and I decided last minute to do an excursion. Fortunately, the hotel offers multiple options to choose from. We booked two excursions through them- we had an awesome experience! The transactions were smooth and easy. They even offer "wake up call", if you need it. They hotel has a restaurant with an a waterfront view. They also offer homemade ice cream- it was delicious. If you guys need a a quick snack, their hotel is located across 7-11 (open 24 hours). They have three swimming pools, but our favorite pool is the elevated pool because you can watch the sunset. The pools were clean. Overall, we would recommend this hotel. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

3성급 호텔이라고 할 수 없을듯 합니다. 가구는 싸구려 여관급. 그마저도 오래되어 관리가 안되고 발코니쪽 유리문은 잠궈지지도 않습니다. 샤워실 뜨거운 물은 처음에 나오다가 말고~중간에 사람을 부를수도 없고, 찬물로 샤워를 하고, 사람을 부르니 그제서야 세면대 밑에 전기순간 온수기를 low에서 high로 돌려 주네요~아침 조식은 최악입니다. 리조트가 아니라 큰 여관이라 하는게 나을듯~호텔스닷컴에서 지금껏 예약한 중에 최악의 경험을 하고 가네요.

At check out they were gonna charge us for pillow stain and blanket. Never been in this situation in any Resorts smh. Will not be back to that place. My Fiance ended up washing our pillow and sheets so we wouldn't be charge extra money.
