O principal é o atendimento dos funcionários, desde a recepção até a cozinha , todos excelentes, e o hotel em si que é muito bom e de boa localização.

Cons:

O que não gostei foi de não ter tempo pra ficar hospedado nesse maravilhoso hotel com minha família, pois todos gostaram de tudo .

Carpete dos corredores velhos, sujos ,enrugados , manchados e o corredores escuros
Móveis velhos do quarto e sem manutenção. Iluminação precária do quarto. Ar condicionado sujo e sem manutenção. O ar condicionado de cima ficou pingando em cima do meu ar condicionado do quarto a noite toda , impossível dormir.
Toalhas duras pareciam uma lixa.

Atendimento excelente, toda equipe sempre muito solicita e disposta.
Os quartos são confortáveis, ótimo custo benefício, vi muitas reclamações sobre o barulho do ar condicionado mas não é nada d+, barulho normal de ar condicionado de janela

Cons:

A limpeza nos corredores deixa a desejar e podiam arrumar alguns detalhes nos quartos como acabamento de tomadas e a televisão é ruim
