A equipe é bastante atenciosa e o hotel fica na Augusta, facilitando o acesso a vários pontos que planejávamos ir. O quarto estava limpo e ar condicionado do quarto funcionou muito bem. O chuveiro era um dos melhores que já usei, fez muita diferença na nossa estadia. A acomodação, é bem antiga e simples mas serviu ao propósito que tínhamos, de descansar depois de passar o dia fora, assim como o café da manhã.

Cons:

Quando chegamos, fomos informados de que não tinha vaga para o nosso carro e ele ficou dentro do estacionamento sendo manobrado até que uma vaga ficasse disponível. Não era necessário reservar e o estacionamento é pago por dia, então acho que seria interessante ter um controle das vagas, com reserva prévia. Gera uma insegurança saber que o carro fica sendo manobrado sendo que estávamos pagando o valor integral da diária, por uma vaga.
O hotel fica num ponto da Augusta um pouco mais baixo e em alguns momentos sentimos um pouco de medo de transitar a pé por ali, mas nada de ruim aconteceu.

A localização é ótima.

Cons:

Café da manhã com apresentação ruim, talheres com sinal de sujidade e molhados, cortina do quarto encardida, o estacionamento é pago à parte no valor de 40 reais por 12 horas e não consta essa informação no anúncio aqui pelo Booking.
