Läget framförallt och vänlig hjälpsam personal

Frukost gick inte att köpa till trots att det stod det i bokningen.

Perfect location just steps away from the Alcázar and cathedral of Seville. Beautiful quiet plaza filled with orange tre

Location, friendly and helpful staff, nice spacious room, large terrace overlooking plaza,

Cons:

Full glass bathroom door, door also didn’t stay closed. Breakfast is served at a neighboring hotel “Halo” and was sparse in choices and quantity. Often cold and stale baked goods, hot serving dishes empty and barely warm. We ate at beginning, middle and end of serving time and it was always the same experience.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and the room was comfortable. However, the showerhead was not very good and there was no hair conditioner. It also would help to have a refrigerator.

Localização boa, vista linda com café ruim.
Pros:

A localização é realmente muito interessante e né perto dos principais monumentos e atrações do casco viejo. No entanto, isso se aplica para viajantes com pouca ou nenhuma bagagem pois na tem acesso de carro até a acomodação. Você precisa andar com a mala nas mãos.
Os funcionários são muito agradáveis e prestativos.

Cons:

Não tem frigobar no quarto, e escolhemos a suíte Júnior que seria de um padrão superior. Além disso, o café da manhã, era em outro hotel, até aí tudo bem, pois era bem pertinho. Porém a qualidade dos alimentos foi ruim, frios dispostos sem nenhuma proteção, e parecendo já vencidos, nenhuma variedade de frutas e sem opções de ovos. Apenas os do bife que estavam mais que esturricados.

Pros:

Stort og lyst værelse på 2. sal med 2 små terrasser og vinduer til 3 verdenshjørner. Pænt stort badeværelse. Utrolig central beliggenhed midt i Santa Cruz - kort gåafstand til Real Alcazar og katedralen. Men oplysningerne om hotellet er ikke rigtige! Selv om der er billeder af hotellets restaurant, har den været lukket i årevis. Den meget beskedne morgenmad blev derfor serveret på et hotel rundt om hjørnet. Og receptionen var ikke døgnåben - den var kun bemandet i dagtimerne.

Cons:

Morgenmaden var trist, og der manglede altid noget: En dag var der hverken tallerkener eller glas, en anden dag manglede der både smør og syltetøj, en tredje dag løb kaffemaskinen tør for bønner, men den unge mand, der 'betjente' restauranten, vidste ikke, hvordan den skulle fyldes op, så den blev bare slukket. Også lidt ubehageligt, at der ikke var lys i husene rundt omkring Plaza de Doña Elvira om aftenen og natten, fordi de fleste af de gamle huse er lavet om til ferielejligheder, der kun er lejet ud i turistsæsonen og ved højtiderne.
