Fiori finti , piccolo patio con muffa erba sintetica e piante ultra secche indecenti,… assenza di cassettiera chiusa o comodini chiusi con almeno un cassetto.

Die Lage, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett

Cons:

Es hatte kleine Ameisen im Zimmer, nicht extrem schlimm aber mich stört so etwas. Die Bettlaken hatten Flecken. Ausserdem stört mich dass man die bezahlung des Hotels nicht einfach über Booking machen kann, sondern man erhält einen komischen Link und über sowas mache ich niemals zahlungen.

Shower not very powerful. Once new breakfast location and communication about this has been ironed out it should be fine.

Good and excellent staff and location but do take note of my comments
Pros:

The location was very convenient and extremely near to the historical sites. The front desk staff were excellent and helpful and take the trouble to whatsap you a few days before your trip and were reachable on WhatsApp to answer any queries etc

Cons:

1. The room I was given was not accessible by lift so it was annoying booking a hotel with elevator only to find out you can’t use it! There was no notification that the room was not accessible via elevator until I checked in.

2. The aircond in the room was not working. I raised it with front desk next morning and they said will send someone to check but the following night same issue. I had it at 18 degrees and the room was warm and I couldn’t really sleep as was too warm both night and so that wasn’t very pleasant whatsoever.

Pros:

Hotel de charme, situé sur une jolie place avec fontaine et orangers. Décoration très soignée, chambre très confortable et au calme ( nous y étions le jour de la finale de football de la coupe des rois et nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit).
Personnel aux petits soins. Un toit terrasse avec une jolie vue permet de prendre un bain de soleil au calme.

Fantastic location, really helpful staff, frustrating room
Pros:

The staff were really helpful and lovely, the location was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and the suite was a good size with a terrace where a couple of people could sit out easily.

Cons:

The suite was a good size but felt unfinished, which annoyed me as it wouldn’t take much to make it an excellent room.
There was no wardrobe as such, just a space to hang a few clothes on a rail, so we had to live out of our suitcases.
The room safe was in the same space, so it was annoying accessing it through the few clothes we could hang up.
There was a thin desk where they could have had a spacious wardrobe instead.
There was a glass door on the bathroom which didn’t have a proper frame around it, so there was no sound insulation and it wouldn’t stay shut.
There was no soap tray in the shower or by the sink.
The shower water pressure was poor when you wanted hot or warm water.
The terrace didn’t have anything to shade it so you couldn’t use it most of the day. The installation of a simple garden sail would have made it a wonderful space to use.
All of it simple stuff to remedy and if done, would make it an excellent space.

the ground floor room you can hear the noises from outside and the reception area
attachments in the bathroom of soap or liquid gel where you put them .
fridge needed in the room as is hot temperatures
