Love holiday inn Expresses.
The staff was great for cancelling my reservation with no charge

Cons:

Never ended up staying here.
Booked two nights so my kids could use the pool.
Drove an hour there to find out the pool heater broke. It would have been nice if they told me prior to my reservation.

Great value for price and convenient location. Quiet and clean!

Breakfast was good for price. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Pool was out of order for our whole stay and I chose this hotel because of pool. Staff was very nice. Was missing a TV remote.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful when checking in. We were there for 3 nights and were not provided any house keeping services for our entire stay. We only had two towels to begin with when we got there.
Water was seeping up between the tiles in the entry way and the carpet was damp and stick.
When we checked. Out we were billed over $300 a night for the first two nights and $200 for the third.

Pros:

First room had 2 issues. Dark streaks on rug. Ĺooked like dog dragging rearend across rug. Ac unit not working.

Second room: At 300am, drunk running up and down hallways pounding on doors trying to get into rooms. Police called.
