La rigidez en cuanto al late check out… Entiendo perfectamente que la salida es a las 11. Como andaba con una bebé, Consulté por un Late Check Out (queriendo salir 11:30 am) y me dijeron que la salida es a las 11, que si quería quedarme más tiempo, debía pagarlo… En serio por media hora, querían cobrar late check out… Luego la chica consultó y dijeron que podía hacerse sin problema… Me disgustó tanto, que me fui antes de las 11 am… Entiendo perfectamente que los recepcionistas han de tener una bajada de línea con respecto a esto en particular… Pero hay una máxima en todo rubro y es la de aplicar el sentido común… Otra cosa es que solicité cuna y si bien me respondieron que quedaba sujeto a la disponibilidad (15:20 horas), cuando llegué alrededor de las 17 horas, el recepcionista me dijo que las mucamas se van a las 14:00 horas y que no era posible colocarla… No era mejor negar la petición y no mentirme diciendo que quedaba sujeto a disponibilidad? Al final, tampoco tuve la cuna… Otra cosa que me dejó un tanto incómodo es que a las 10:00 en punto ponen una cinta para evitar que alguien pase nuevamente a buscar algo del desayuno… Se supone que es buffet, pero no lo resultó siendo.

Muy agradable, volvería!
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, muy limpio, camas cómodas. Todo funcionaba muy bien, ducha, aire acondicionado y heladerita.

Cons:

La recepción amables, pero les falta un poco más de experiencia. El desayuno rico todo, pero básico. Agregaría más variedad de frutas, etc
