Pros:

Smooth & fast check out.

Cons:

#0831 AC could be better. Staff should be more welcoming, and should smile more. Breakfast carbonara was ATROCIOUS!! you need to use your own room towel after swimming. Should change this policy.

Cons:

Sorry, aber das Fruehstueck war ueberhaupt nichts fuer mich. Ich war trotz Fruehstueck inkl. ausserhalb fruehstuecken. Die Umgebung war auch sehr einsam, aber GRAP ist auf Batam extrem guenstig.

pleasant stay with helpful staff.
Pros:

the room was a good size and comfortable. And quiet. Lift worked well.
Location is fine. not far from the city. Plenty of taxi's around to take you around at a fair price.
No shopping close by but several restaurant's close to the hotel.
Breakfast was fine. Plenty of Asian food and enough western food to keep you going.

But if want to go to nygoya need spend little time to take grab over.. have swimming pool and gym

Cons:

Air corn is not cold enough.. need to open long time midnight just a bit cooling
