在大堂等候check in 期間, 一名Bell boy已很醒目地走來幫我們寄存行李了（因為未到入住時間)，值得一讚。不過check in過程就有點慢，不知是否酒店的電腦慢呢？

一開始的等待房間等很久，員工的SOP流程不夠確實，房間裡保險櫃門沒有檢查維護，門掉下來壞了...等人員換新耽誤休息時間...

服務超好，房間環境舒適，房型夠大，窗外景色很好。
有迎賓水果，膠囊咖啡機，手寫卡片，特別送了巴黎人上37樓的票（原價98/人）
第二天還怕我們水不夠一次給了10幾罐。
不過遇上假日又連假，房價直接貴了三倍～
建議平日沒連假的時候去住很讚

The place is newly renovated with a UK vibe and there are some nice restaurants located at the precincts.

Cons:

There is a terrible smell coming from the toilet drain and the bed is extremely uncomfortable. Whenever one of us turns it feels like the whole mattress is moving and shaking. The staff at the hotel doesn’t seem professional or friendly either as no one provides any guidance or suggestions regarding the hotel facilities and things to do during our stay. The whole thing doesn’t feel like a high end hotel at all. Neither will I come back for this hotel nor recommend it to anyone else. And it definitely doesn’t feel like a five-star hotel at all.
