was not at all dissapointed. it actually went beyond our expectation for such a short visit
Pros:

they had lovely large comfortable rooms
elegant fittings and lovely things around the bathroom. the shampoos and body cleaning products were classy and smelt gorgeous. they leave plenty of free water in the room like 8 bottles and have free toothbrushes, and body loafers etc. the linen was beautiful and very classy

nothing. the place was beyond spotless and clean and the staff are so smily and friendly

設施有符合五星級，免治馬桶，自動窗簾，床跟房間也非常大跟舒適。

Cons:

不知道為什麼飯店滿高級的可是吹風機看起來有年代感以及非常重，不是很好用。
Check in的時候明明寫入住時間三點我們五點半到說房間還沒好，看了評論才發現很多組客人有這種狀況，不知道為什麼這麼大的飯店會一直重複出這種問題然後看起來也沒有要解決？所以不建議剛下飛機的客人選這間，因為有高機率會告知你房間還沒好喔！

整體而言非常愉快。
Pros:

房間寬敞舒適，備品品質良好，清潔服務到位，工作人員親切。

Cons:

1、入住房間為吸菸房；雖然已經有效清潔空氣，仍然微微有些殘餘；
2、走廊菸味較重。

Pros:

The Hotel has a very modern design, the room wasn't extremely large but it was very well decorated, with fine details. Bathroom is outstandingly comfortable. The whole corridor is dark blue based with abstract painting on walls, very harmonious design. I was on 18th floor, the room service staff was particularly friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Lisa. I have been to my fair share of hotels to know when the service distinguish itself.

Greatness!
Pros:

Please go to the Londenier Grand there service is just suburp. Starting with mister Sid, who contacted us before arrival. And gave us really the best personal serivce I've ever had in a hotel!
Also other personal where so friendly and nice. Its just such a good hotel with a better staff!
