Our stay at The Londoner Macao was, quite simply, exceptional in every respect.
From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything reflected an extraordinary level of quality, attention to detail and professionalism. The hotel itself is magnificent, the rooms are superb, the facilities are outstanding and the standards of cleanliness are impeccable.
What impressed us most, however, was the remarkable level of service. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, efficient and genuinely committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Every detail seemed to be anticipated, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The quality and variety of the breakfast were also outstanding, as were the hotel's restaurants, bars and overall facilities. Everything is designed and operated to an exceptionally high standard.
Having stayed in many excellent five-star hotels around the world, we have to say that the overall experience at The Londoner Macao represents a level of hospitality, service and attention to detail that would be extremely difficult to replicate.
It was one of the highlights of our trip and undoubtedly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Londoner Grand, and we will definitely be returning 1,000 times over! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
From the moment we arrived, the welcome was magnificent. A very special mention goes to Jayzal at Reception and Mavis in Customer Relations—they were both extraordinarily warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help at every single moment. Their outstanding hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable.
The hotel itself was spotless, with perfect cleanliness throughout and incredible attention to every detail. On top of that, the bed was immensely comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep.
Thank you to the entire team, and especially Jayzal and Mavis, for making our trip so special. We can't wait to come back!

직원분들의 친절과 서비스가 정말 미쳤어요! 체계도 잘 잡혀있어서 머무는 동안 정말 편안하게 잘 지내다왔습니다. 위치도 너무너무 좋았어요! 호텔 로비에서 이뤄지는 쇼들도 좋고, 방 내부도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.
룸서비스를 주문했었는데, 한국인 메뉴가 조금 약해요. (김치찌개 라고 했지만 김치만 들어간 된장찌개가 왔어요, 그렇지만 맛은 너무나 훌륭했습니다) 이거 말곤 특별히 없는것 같아요!
