This hotel is certainly my next trip in macau.
Pros:

All staffs are helpful and friendly. Our room is over expectation. Restaurants are our experienced, tim ho wan, Gordon ramsey, chelsea garden and more. Very Value for money.

Enjoyable, would return.
Pros:

One of the most luxurious properties we have stayed at. The room is spacious and clean, everything feels premium and the location is great as well. Breakfast at Hampton Court was a highlight as it was one of the best buffet breakfasts we have experienced in terms of quality. Maybe a weird detail to point out but we really appreciated the high quality showerheads, the water pressure was perfect: strong yet gentle.

Cons:

There was a bit of confusion between Londoner Grand, Londoner Court and Londoner Macau. Perhaps more distinction between the three would be helpful to first time visitors.

Doesn’t meet up to the standard.
Pros:

Good location. Chelsea Garden Restaurant is good for breakfast

Cons:

Bathroom door was misaligned can’t close. Poorly designed. We requested for memory pillow but is in travel size, very poor standard for a grand hotel. Staff was abused by an another customer at the time we were checking in. No one comes to her aid nor security was presented. On the other hand my sister tried to get some tourist information from another staff while we check in, she was told to go and to ask another staff. Apparently she was very unfriendly.

Awesome from start to finish.
Pros:

Everything was to like about the Londoner. We’ve stayed all over Hong Kong and Singapore over the past month and this was by far the best hotel by a mile.

Cons:

From the welcome from Joy at the reception to the quality in the rooms and the friendly colleagues. It far exceeded our expectations.
Would highly recommend.

Pros:

Above and beyond, i left my expensive watch in the room while room service and room was cleaned nothing was touched , room itself is full of amenities like nespresso coffee machine and humidity controller would definitely come again.

Cons:

Hotel location was excellent and very convenient to go everywhere we like to go, especially walkable to MGM,and Venetian, the concierge Benjamin is very helpful, friendly, polite and professional, this is our third time staying in the hotel, room was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable, highly recommended.

Fantastic stay at the Londoner
Pros:

The Londoner was such a good surprise! It was a last minute booking as I wasn't supposed to stay there but had an issue with the first hotel so I chose this one. I'm glad I did! The hotel was so much more than what I was expecting. It's very recent and new, everything is modern and clean. It's also quite luxurious.

The room was better than the pictures. It is spacious, simple but well decorated, felt really luxurious with some high end tea for example, great bathroom and a nice view over Studio City and the Eiffel Tower, free fruits to welcome you, ... The bed was comfortable and the pillows too. There was actually a pillow menu so you can choose a specific type depending on your needs. The service was five stars and everything was great.

Cons:

- Check-in is way too long and a bit intrusive
- Shuttle from Hzmb take too much time
