Comfortable Stay
Pros:

The room was a little compact, but it was very clean and well maintained, so I had a comfortable stay.
Before my arrival, I contacted the hotel to arrange a private car, and the staff were very helpful and attentive throughout the process.
I didn’t use the pool this time, but it looked very clean and inviting. I would definitely like to use it on my next visit.
I also really appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks available at the front desk, as well as the drinks provided in the room. It was a very nice touch.

Cons:

One downside was that the room faced a residential property, so unfortunately, I couldn’t really open the curtains and enjoy the view or natural light.
Also, I think having a small night light or some soft lighting near the floor would make the room feel safer and more comfortable when moving around at night.

Excelente hotel, instalaciones modernas y rico desayuno
Pros:

Todo estaba muy limpio, el personal muy atento, las instalaciones son excelentes, el desayuno muy completo y agradable, en general bastante bueno.

Cons:

Lo único fue el olor en el baño, cuando regresábamos por la tarde había un olor a húmedo o ligeramente a desagüe, PERO encendiendo la luz se activaba el extractor de aire y pasaba muy rápido ese olor, recalcar que el olor solo estaba en el baño, no pasaba a la habitación. Que eso no sea un impedimento para que reserves con ellos, solo es un detalle mínimo.

Hôtel de bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Chambre propre et confortable. Belle piscine. Hôtel bien situé. Boisson et snacking à volonté dans le salon près de la piscine. Super petit déjeuner buffet avec des produits de qualité.

Cons:

Pas d'ascenseur donc accès aux étages supérieurs difficile lorsque vous avez des bagages lourds.

Very clean throughout. Good location for what we wanted to get to see. Nice pool area.

Cons:

Staff were quite young and seemed a little inexperienced in certain things. They were keen but not always delivering in a pro-active manner.

Una bella struttura con un bellissimo giardino e piscina, colazione top!
Pros:

Bella struttura pulita e ordinata, bella piscina e staff molto attento e disponibile. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi, abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità di snack, acqua e frutta tutto il giorno a bordo piscina. La colazione è strepitosa!

Wir wurden aussergewöhnlich gut betreut. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Fön, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Kaffee, Tee. Die Getränke im Kühlschrank sind gratis, es gab jeden Tag neues Wasser und es wurden einmalig kleine Snacks bereitgestellt.
Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Pros:

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and AC in the room worked well. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection and vegetarian options. Location of the hotel was within walking distance of the clock tower, walking street and night market. There were streaming channels on the TV. Everyone, including front desk, breakfast crew and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay at Nak Nakara again when visiting Chiang Rai.

Cons:

The beds were firmer that I would like but that's a personal preference.

Struttura eccellente pulita e com amplia disponibilità di servizi. La piscina è la vera chicca della struttura.

Direi niente, forse il fatto che un po’ distante dal centro, ma stiamo parlando di 10 minuti a piedi.

Sicuramente una buona scelta
Pros:

Lo standard non è quello di Bangkok ma l'hotel è dotato di tutti i comfort, camere spaziose, colazione varia e di qualita', bella la zona piscina e molto cortese il personale.
Si trova a cica 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.
