Lovely setting, wonderful staff, pleasant rooms, good breakfast options, good pool, okay fitness center, location is not quite in the center of Chiang Rai's nightlife but not very far from it - an easy 10 minute walk.
In an ideal world, some seating on the balconies would be pleasant, although noting they were designed as walkways and hence seating not being very practical.
Very convenient hotel, well located with sufficient amenities to enjoy your stay. Staff was very kind too. Kudos to Nai, great guy.

Het hotel heeft een erg mooie uitstraling (mooie traditionele decoraties). Personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en erg goed. Zwembad is ook erg fijn met (gratis) fruit en drinkwater. Kamer is heel erg ruim en het bed is lekker ruim.
The staff was truly amazing throughout the stay. Every interaction was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making guests feel welcome.
The beds were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get proper rest. The room also did not include an iron, which is a standard amenity many travelers rely on.
More concerning was the mosquito activity inside the room, particularly in the closet area where they appeared to be nesting.
