Le personnel très gentil, l’hôtel propre
La manque de prises dans la salle de bain, ne permettant pas de brancher une brosse à dent électrique ou un rasoir .
La présence d’un groupe de chinois extrêmement grossiers, qui parlaient fort d’un bout à l’autre de l’hôtel, crachaient dans l’herbe et l’un d’eux a même osé faire des propositions indécentes à une employée qui était extrêmement gênée. Les chinois une plaie
Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms where spacious, bed was comfortable and water was hot. Pool area is excellent with a bar for drinks and coffee. Snacks and bottled water available all day for no extra cost. Breakfast was good. Location handy to everything. It's a good value for money hotel.
Air conditioner was not real cold so we had to use the fan that only works on fast speed. The lighting in the room was not good which made the room quite dark all the time. There is no lift in this hotel which makes it hard with luggage when you are on the 3rd floor.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here. Good room, good shower, comfortable bed. The pool is excellent, breakfast adequate, staff helpful. Great value. We would stay again.

The pool is great to come back to after a long hot day out exploring, complimentary snacks, fruits and beverages were also welcome! I recommend to solo travelers and families alike!

Nothing about yhe hotel itself...only the Location is 2 blocks away from the center...
We walked to the center but Chiang Rai looks not very nice itself....many rats and cockroaches...but. the daytrips where top... (white Temple, etc...)
