NICE STAY ALTHOUGH I ASKED TO NOT BE CLOSE TO AN ELEVATOR AND MY ROOM WAS RIGHT NEXT TO IT STRANGE.

FOR A HOLIDAY IT WAS HARD TO KEEP UP WITH THINGS RUNNING OUT AND CLEANING. HOLIDAY WEEKEND RAN OUT OF ORANGES ALSO PROBABLY NEED MORE THAN I PERSON WORKING BREAKFAST IT WAS HARD FOR 1 PERSON TO KEEP UP WITH THINGS RUNNING OUT AND CLEANING. ALSO THERE WAS A HOMELESS PERSON SLEEPING ON THE BOOTH NEXT TO US. I AM SURE EVERYONE SAW HIM INCLUDING STAFF. I HAD TWO GRANDCHILDREN WITH US NOT VERY COMFORTABLE. AS SOON AS WE FINISHED EATING I TOLD FRONT DESK PERSON HOPEFULLY HE WAS ASKED TO LEAVE. ALSO I GOT A CALL ON MY CELL THAT CHECK OUT WAS AT 11 AND OUR STUFF WAS STILL IN ROOM ON SATURDAY I BOOKED THE 3RD & THE 4TH. NOT SURE ABOUT THE CONFUSION.

Frustrating for amount we paid. To not have bedding or towels.

Cons:

Never could find front desk person for bedding, towels. There was never anyone to help. We needed bedding for sofa bed and never got any, needed towels and had to go find a cleaning lady . The front desk person was seen outside smoking quite a few times

Billed way to much for 1 king bed. Extra charges for what? No Copy of paperwork given at Arrival, (Signed at Arrival and gave ID, Card , Car Info,) No Final Charges given on Paper to me in person. They refused to give Copy of Paperwork, could not talk Finances with me per Crystal Employee they are not allowed and can't do because Being that they did not do Bookings to Stay they can't talk finances. I Could not talk to Manager on 5/5/26- Daniel Kelsey only contact is per Email, Crystal Employee provided Email.Very mysterious Billing and Booking your Stay and Arrival and Final Paperwork not given although asked for. Why are Copies of Arrival and Final Paperwork NOT Given? Refused to give it to me although I asked for it.

Weekend Getaway Turned Nightmare

Everything was clean, breakfast was good

Cons:

Water was shut off from 10pm-4:30am. I asked the front desk for a partial refund and they refused because they said it was a city issue. However, the hotel provides hospitality services, and water is considered a basic necessity as your product of hotel service. Advanced notice is required for all guest accommodations to receive consent that a service would not be provided, when otherwise would be. Regardless if the fault of hotel or not. For example, if a fire burnt down the hotel while I stayed there, it would be required for the hotel to refund me- since services were not rendered. To apply this same logic, I was able to have shelter in their facilities however they did not provide the necessary facilities to support basic needs. Why should I pay for a service the hotel does not provide?

Ample parking even with a trailer. Very clean. Responsive staff. Good breakfast. Just overall a comfortable place to stay.

Cons:

My niece tried to get through to the front desk multiple times after check in and the line was constantly busy. Not sure if the phone was off the hook or what.
