es hat uns garnichts gefallen nicht sauber obwohl wir es reinigen lassen haben sie haben garnicht gemacht nur dumme schnure über personal kann man nicht reden so schlecht waren sie über das pooll sehr kalt und kinder durtfen nicht spielen mein got nie mehr wider

Hotel v centru evropské části Istanbulu, všude je kousek
Pros:

Hotel je přímo na pěší zóně evropské části Istanbulu. Restaurace na střeše s výhledem na moře a je tady i bazén v ceně hotelu

Cons:

Přes okna je všechno slyšet z ulice, bylo by potřeba je opravit a uklidit by mohl být taky trochu lepší

I will never recommend people to stay at dark hill hotel
Pros:

The only thing about this place is it's in good location .

Cons:

They purposely shut down the power of at middle of the night . We stayed there for 4 nights and we couldn't sleep at all because of this . Full of scamming tourist people in may ways.

Pros:

Breakfast was good also the location

Cons:

Staff too pushy, they didnt clean my room in one day, not a free bottle of water, one day i found a blood spot in one sheet and it wasnt mine. You can hardly communicate in english with reception. They have a mini bar with a clear door and a bright bulb, i had to unplug the minibar to be able to sleep, reception didnt help

Pros:

La colazione è abbondante x gli ospiti mediorientale, quella continentale scarsa.
La location perfetta x chi vuole fare 2 passi e raggiungere le attrazioni principali, ma i tramway sono a 50 mt e portano dappertutto.

Cons:

Le camere non grandissime in compenso la tv ultra large.

Le personnel jamais de bonjour jamais de sourire …. , la proprete des chambres dans les partie commune l odeur de cigarette le petite déjeune pas top !!!! Aucun gout … pas le temps de manger on te debarasse Bref pas top pour un sejour en famille la piscine leau et tres froide

Room keycards would sometimes stop working but the staff promptly fixed that every time. It was mildly inconvenient after a long day.
