מלון נחמד, נותן תמורה טובה למי שמחפש מקום לישון באילת. יש לא מעט חניה באזור.
הסביבה כרגע בבנייה מאסיבית, יש רעש בחדר גם שהחלון סגור.
היחס של הצוות פשוט מעולה!

הגענו בחול המועד פסח
מלון סביר, במרכז העיר.אמרנו ניחא יאללה נלך קצת לטיילת. לא שיערתי לעצמי שהחוויה תהיה מבאסת ככה.השירותים היו ממש מלוכלכים ובאו לנקות אבל זה עדיין היה נראה לא משהו. המזגן לא עבד, והתשובה שהייתה לי הייתה תשחקו עם המעלות. זה לא עבד ורק אחרי שהתחננתי שחם בחדר ושיבואו לתקן סידרו, שלא לדבר שהמזגן ממש מרעיש בלילה.
שקע ליד המיטה לא עבד. שלחו איש אחזקה שאמר שהוא לא חשמלאי ולא יודע מה לעשות זה מה יש והביא לי מפצל לשקע ממול למיטה וזהו.
יום למחרת נכנסים להתקלח בערב, שקר מאד באילת בלילה. המים ממש לא חמים. מתקשר לקבלה ואומרים שזה בטיפול. עוברות שעתיים, מתקשר במשך כמה פעמים ולא עונים לי. עד שירדתי לקבלה ואמרו לי עובדים על זה אין מה לעשות. יום למחרת בצק אאוט, שוב המים קרים ואין עם מי לדבר.
באופן כללי, לא הרגשתי בנוח לבוא ולדבר עם הקבלה, לא היו הכי סימפטיים.
ולפני הביקורת הזו, ניסיתי לכתוב משוב להנהלת המלון והיה כתוב שיחזרו אליי תוך 48 שעות מה שלא קרה כבר איזה 4 ימים.
חוויה ממש לא נעימה.

צוות המלון טעון שיפור
מספר פעמים במהלך השהות לא היו לנו מים חמים במקלחת,
לאחר מספר פעמים שהתקשרנו לקבלה ללא מענה, ענה לנו מישהו מהצוות ובתגובה אמר שאין מה לעשות, ולא יכול להיות שרק אצלנו קר ולכל המלון חם. כמובן שבדקנו עם חברים נוספים ששהו במלון והם סבלו גם מאותה בעיה.
בשורה התחתונה התייחסו בזלזול לבקשה שלנו לדאוג למים חמים ונאלצנו להתקלח במים פושרים.
אהבתי את השירות בבר המלון הבחור היה נחמד שם ונתן שרות מעל ומעבר תודה לו
קבלתי חדר שפונה לתחנה מרכזית בבוקר היה רעש נורא
גם רעש מהקומה מעל
הטלפון בחדר לא היה פעיל לתקשר עם נותני שירות
גם שהגעתי מאוחר בלילה ציפתי להתפנק ביציאה מאוחרת אך זה לא קרה
The breakfast was very good. Sauna was nice. The staff is very nice.
The entire area is in development currently, with construction going everywhere you look. Does not feel like holiday

We came by bus from Beer Sheva for one night before continuing to Taba.
The hotel is right across the street from the bus station which was convinient.
The rooms were a nice size and very clean.
The price for breakfast is too high in my opinion
