Just perfect!
Pros:

We stayed overnight and the location was perfect! Just across from the bus station. Room was clean and just perfect! But, the kosher breakfast buffet was just exceptional! So much to enjoy before we went on our way!

חוסר אמינות בפירסום וחוסר כבוד ביחס האישי

החלטנו לפנק את עצמנו והזמנו את החדר עם המרפסת והג׳קוזי. קיבלנו מרפסת מטונפת, מלאה באבק שנערם הרבה זמן ופסולת בנייה. בטח שאי אפשר אפילו לחשוב על להיכנס לג׳קוזי במקום מזוהם שכזה. במודעה הבטיחו גם נוף לים, אז היה קצת ים בנוף, אבל בעיקר מצאנו את עצמנו בתוך אתר בניה עצום, עמוד חשמל של מתח גבוה קרוב וכל זה מעל חניון של התחנה המרכזית. החדר עצמו היה קטנטן, לוהט ובסטנדרט נמוך לעומת המחיר. חזרנו מיד לקבלה וביקשנו לבטל את ההזמנה. במקום להתנצל ולהחזיר לנו את המזומן ששילמנו לפני חמש דקות, קיבלנו התעלמות ממנהל המלון ויחס מזלזל מעובד הקבלה, אחרי וויכוח ארוך החזירו לנו חצי מהמחיר לאשראי.
