The hotel was ideally located within a 10 minute walk from the town … it is a very modern hotel and so clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the rooms and pool area were great … we especially loved eating breakfast outside with a lovely view of the pool. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.
Didn’t dislike anything… we had a lovely time
Easy walk to square. Quiet location. Woman at front desk was helpful & kind. Pool bar was nice. Room size was good.
Male staff were not helpful or friendly, mainly scrolling phone. Room was in need of renovation. Mattress was old & uncomfortable. First day had ants in the bathroom. Plumbing was very loud & gurgling a lot. Could hear people in other rooms using the bathroom. Do not recommend being on floor 3 or 4 if you can’t manage the stairs, as the elevator was super slow. Breakfast was just ok. €6 extra if you want an omelette.

A ladeira para chegar ao hotel e face as ladeiras o acesso a pé é ruim a partir da estação de trens. Com mais pesadas é complicado.
A reggeli nagyon bőséges volt, kiváló minőségben. Tetszett, hogy a belső udvaron is felszolgáltak reggelit. Nagyon tetszett a zárt, belső parkoló és a kert nagyon szép növényzete. A közelben volt egy nagyszerű, mindent árusító élelmiszerüzlet.
Nem volt szekrény, ahová kipakolhattunk volna. Mintha a szálloda 1 napos vendégekre készült volna fel. Az uszoda tovább is nyitvatarthatott volna. Mi álalában kirándultunk, mire visszaértünk a szállodába, az uszoda már zárva volt.
It is a very affordable option and could suit travellers looking for somewhere cheap to stay.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was far too cold, which made it difficult to rest. It is budget friendly, but the overall comfort level was not good.
The staff are so nice , comfortable , location great . Towells changed everyday which was so nice . Bed comfortable and big . Tea and coffee making facilities ! Food at pool
Bar really good as were the drinks .
Pool area was fine but grass behind smelt awful and got bitten badly , the weather was and had been hot , I imagine some kind of animal had used it as a toilet . Maybe it could have been cut down more to prevent this . A very diseased looking pigeon kept appearing and drinking from pool which was a little worrying.
A delightful oasis just on the edge of a bustling Sorrento. It is spotlessly clean with very friendly service. Breakfast has everything you need and the pool area is nicely done. Good size balcony for sitting out in the evening.
I would have to agree with other reviewers that walls are quite thin.
Clean, modern hotel in a great location just a few minutes walk to the centre of Sorrento.
Wonderful family run hotel in a great location away from the crowds but just a five minute walk to the town centre. Lovely swimming pool with a bar where you could also have lunch.
Staff were absoulutely wonderful and our room was very spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the pool.
