Sehr herzlicher Empfang, trotz später stunde
Pros:

Wir wurden trotz kurzfristiger Buchung am späten Abend noch herzlich empfangen. Das frühstück ,war sehr gut.es gab Parkplätze vor der tür.

Cons:

Es ist ein wenig in die jahre gekommen,aber uns hat das gar nicht gestört,wir waren nur auf der Durchreise!

Ottima posizione, personale accogliente e disponibile, stanza ampia e comoda, colazione varia e abbondante. Ero già stato in questo hotel l'anno scorso e sono tornato proprio perché mi ero trovato molto bene.

Cons:

Nulla, per quanto mi riguarda mi è piaciuto tutto.

Struttura datata
Cons:

Struttura vetusta e molto rumore dalla strada. Il parcheggio auto/moto è una zona di passaggio pedonale. Quando ho soggiornato, molti bambini del paese giocavano in quella via giocando a palla e nascondendosi tra le moto e le macchine, cosa pericolosa e che può danneggiare le vetture.

Pros:

La posizione centrale dell'albergo in confronto a Pontremoli

Cons:

Avendo ricevuto la richiesta di orario di arrivo, comunicate il giorno prima,la stanza non era stata preparata a dovere.
Ovvero l'aria condizionata spenta con temperatura interna di 40 gradi.
Il mobilio un po' fatiscente,e neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua nel frigo.
