Mancava sapone al lavandino e prodotti per la doccia, lavandino troppo basso, mancava armadio, appendiabiti, telefono, comodino, la vista non era su città ma su un orto privato, WiFi non funzionante, tutte cose che erano incluse nel prezzo pagato

Nothing positive, the worst hotel experience of my life

Cons:

The room was catastrophic, bathroom with a dirty tube without curtains, the bed was just mattresses on the bedsprings, furniture terrible and very old (not antiques, just old rubbish), the room was at the ground level with windows of the room and bathroom facing the city street (could not be open unless you wanted someone looking directly into your privacy). During the breakfast, there were not enough tables for the guests, so people had to wait quite a long time to be seated.

ÓTIMO CAFÉ DA MANHÃ, SÓ FALTOU MAIS OPÇÕES DE PROTEÍNA. LOCALIZAÇÃO MUITO BOA, BEM PERTO DA ESTAÇÃO DE TREM E DO CENTRO HISTÓRICO DA CIDADE. EQUIPE DE ATENDIMENTO DO HOTEL SUPER SIMPÁTICOS E SOLÍSTICOS.

QUARTO UM POUCO SUJO E NÃO TEVE LIMPEZA NO QUARTO, TODOS OS DIAS QUE ESTIVEMOS HOSPEDADOS.

La posizione ed il personale

Cons:

Il bagno è terrificante nella sua costruzione, pulito ma il doccino era con la staffa rotta e lo avevano tenuto appeso con una fascetta da elettricista, imperdonabile, per entrare nella doccia, devi scavalcare il wc, problema superabile con un poco di ironia, un pomeriggio mentre ci riposevamo ci hanno bussato per entrare in camera per fare delle riparazioni, questo vuol dire che non hanno neanche guardato se la chiave era depositata nel guest service oppure no....
Tutto superabile, ma se chiedete come é andata... in questo, la posizione della struttura è strepitosa, personale disponibile e simpatico.

Il personale della reception è meraviglioso. Mi hanno dato consigli sul parcheggio e hanno risposto a tutte le mie richieste. L'albergo si trova in una excelente posizione.
