A wonderful stay with exceptional hospitality and thoughtful service.
Pros:

This was my second time staying at Nardi and I had an absolutely wonderful stay just like the last time.

A special thank you goes to Mr.Velid, who provided truly exceptional service throughout my stay. He consistently went above and beyond to make everything seamless and stress-free. Whether it was arranging my appointments, helping me weigh my luggage before my flight, recommending great breakfast spots and salons, or simply being available whenever I needed assistance, he was always incredibly helpful, professional and kind.
I'd also like to recognize Ms.Gamze and Ms.Effie for their outstanding housekeeping. They kept everything spotless and took great pride in their work. Beyond that, their cheerful, warm and friendly personalities brightened my day every time I saw them. Their positive energy and dedication made me feel truly welcome and at home. It's the people who make a place special and this team is exceptional.

Cons:

While I appreciated the discounted rate and understand the apart/hotel's policies, a little more flexibility with late check-out, especially as a returning guest who had extended my stay and had suddenly fallen unwell before my departure, would have been greatly appreciated.

Great location, helpful staff, close to everything!
Pros:

Very helpful staff, comfortable room, close to everything. Fully equipped kitchen, cleaned well daily. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was often here, nice guy, wanted to make sure everything went well.

Cons:

Lots of cleaning equipment and clutter in a narrow stairway, was a little hazardous to walk.

قريب وتحت يوجد حديقه صغير وامان ويوجد بجوار الفندق كافيه ملاصق به وايضاً امام الحديقة
ويوجد مول قريب 150 متر

Pros:

Лучшее расположение, до центра близко, рядом парки, кафе, магазины, можно пешком дойти до Долмабахче. До Таксим 5 мин на такси. На первом этаже есть кафе с завтраками, для разнообразия много где завтракали в Стамбуле, и там было тоже вкусно.

The location was amazing , everything is close to the hotel , the staff was really nice and friendly , they took care about everything , all is clean , I would like to thank mrs gamze , she was really taking care of about the small details in the room and also velid at the reception he was helpful all the time , thank you and hope to see you soon

Pros:

Our stay was delightful. Ebada and Velid at the reception, along with Gamze from the housekeeping staff, provided exceptional service, consistently displaying a pleasant and respectful attitude. The night we arrived, Ebada carried our 4 suitcases up the stairs leading to the elevator all by herself. The hotel's location is prime, overlooking a vibrant park and situated near numerous shopping and dining options. We would undoubtedly select this hotel for our next visit to Istanbul.

Cons:

The only issue we encountered was the stairs leading to the elevator, which posed a challenge for my husband due to his limited vision and mobility.
