I had lovely stay in the hotel
The room clean and comfortable,the bathroom was spotless,the view over the valley was beautiful,
I would suggest only one small improvement it would nice to have complimentary bottle of water in the room,
Overall nice hotel,I could stay here again 🤗

O quarto era limpo mas as carpetes requerem uma manutenção e limpeza que aquela não tinha.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, mas é necessário carro para facilitar o acesso pois fica encima de uma montanha com vista linda.

We had a great time and enjoyed the swimming pool. There were few residents and it was very quiet. One member of staff stood out as being excellent and speaking English, we believe his name is Marco or Mario. This hotel could be so much more popular if it were to focus on a specific market. The decor is 50's period but this could add to its charm. It has all the facilities you could want, but would be difficult for disabled people.

O hotel é bom, porém precisa de atualizações. A televisão é aquela bem pequena e muito antiga. O café da manhã é simples. A entrada do hotel não possui rampa, ficando esta fora do nível da rua , obrigando aos hóspedes subirem escadas com a bagagem. Também não existe ninguém para ajudar. O local é agradável, mas necessita de carro para chegar.
A água da piscina interior estava fria, muito fria. Não conseguimos aproveitar dela. A televisão, hipoteticamente, de satélite só tem 4 canais e com rugidos que torna impossível de se ouvir o que estava a ser transmitido. O pequeno-almoço era fraco em termos de variedade, no entanto era excelente de qualidade.
