We had a nice stay at the property. We were a little disappointed that we were given a room with 2 twin beds, after requesting 1 double bed. The rest of the room was great. Very spacious. The location was fantastic! Easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Restaurants, sights, etc. Merida is a special place with special, friendly people! We loved our visit.
One other small annoyance, parking next door was supposed to be discounted to 10€ a day. We had our ticket stamped, as instructed, but we were charged full price. We left early, so there was no one in reception to talk to.

La direccion y gestion pesima

The apartment is full of cheap and badly assembled furniture. Poorly maintained, lights blown curtains not working, shower broken. The wifi is so bad as to be unusable.

Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario sia per un breve che per un lungo soggiorno.

Ottima posizione. Tutti i punti di interesse sono raggiungibili a piedi. In pieno centro ma silenzioso.

Very nice

The apartments are very nice. The big downside was the street works being carried out directly in front of the entrance. A map showing the best way to approach on foot would have been very useful. Also lots of noise in the morning from cement mixers etc.

Me encantó el trato de la recepcionista.
No me gustó que el sofá estaba roto y daba muy mala imagen.

Convenient location, helpful staff, recommend for a short stay visit. We walked from the station pulling our luggage and it was not hard. Close to all the attractions.

Apartamento muy mono y cómodo, muy bien situado. Fuimos a cenar, al teatro y por la mañana a recorrer un poquito la zona monumental, todo a pie. Dejamos el coche en zona azul con tiket por la noche. Eso si, por la mañana temprano a poner otro antes de que te multen, que están muy al tanto. Con dos horitas tuvimos bastante porque ya conocíamos Mérida. Si quieres visita completa, mejor usar parking.

Un trato muy correcto y atento del personal. Reconocer también la profesionalidad a la hora de resolver un serio problema con una fuga de agua, del que no eran responsables.

La climatización del apartamento no es uniforme en las diferentes estancias que lo componen por lo que los cambios de temperatura entre unos y otros es muy acusada.Solo está climatizado el dormitorio.

El trato es coordial, pero las indicaciones son malas y con nulo interes, y algo tan sencillo como darle al botoncito que abre la puerta de entrada a la recepción.. cuando te estan viendo y te conocen de entrar y salir varios dias, no lo hacen.. te obligan a usar la tarjeta de acceso. El sofa estaba sucio y con manchas, el suelo hundido y con multiples ruidos al caminar.. la alcachofa de la ducha estaba en muy mal estado.. y la calefacción por aire muy ruidosa, al igual que la nevera y con un funcionamiento poco satisfactorio.. En definitiva, amplio y bien ubicado, pero nula atencion a los detalles que hacen la estancia mas agradable.. y no es precisamente barato para los servicios que prestan.

A great spot virtually at the Metro stop (Gran Plaza)...only one line in Seville. Room small but comfortable with great beds for a comfortable sleep....no back pain in the morning here.

Son apartamentos nuevos con recepción, con muebles modernos y comodos. Tienen un parking publico justo a dos metros de la puerta de los apartamentos. El día cuesta 10 euros si pagas en la recepcón del apartamento. No hay ruido de la calle ni interior por la noche. La chica que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos explicó lo que teniamos que ver en Mérida.
El único inconveniente que nos encontramos fue que si se usaba la cocina saltaba la alarma de incendio porque el detector de humos del apartamento estaba muy cerca del extractor de humos.

I was surprised as just how nice Capitolio Apartamentos Turisticos was. Located in the old city of Merida and adjacent to convenient and secure pay parking, the apartment was reasonably spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. It would have been great for a longer stay. The staff was very helpful despite limited English. The location was very convenient, putting one in the middle of the old city very quickly and with good dining options right around the corner on the pedestrian walkways. Merida itself is a very walkable city with the main sights not far. The Roman museum, anfitheatro and theatre were right next to each other, while the hippodrome, fort, and aqueducts were a bit further but easily walkable. I enjoyed my brief stay there and would look forward to staying at Capitolio again.
