Amazing family hotel with a wonderful restaurant! Highly recommend!
Pros:

We chose this cozy family hotel as a friendly-price alternative to Arezzo. The hosts are very friendly and incredibly welcoming. Parking right below the hotel is very convenient.
We stayed in two different rooms. The first night was in a large room with a shared bathroom in the corridor and a very useful sink inside the room (the double bed felt a bit too flat, but the single beds were fine). The second night we moved to a room with a private bathroom (a typical Italian floor drain shower), great beds, and a wonderful balcony. Everything was spotlessly clean.
The breakfast was typical Italian (coffee, rusks, cakes, jams, fruits), which is light but normal for the local culture. However, the absolute highlight is their restaurant! It is exceptional and loved by locals. We had an amazing dinner: seasonal tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, fantastic Chianina beef, delicate local Chianti, and wonderful homemade tiramisu. You could stay at this hotel just for the food! We will definitely come back! Grazie mille!

ottima colazione, abbondante. personale molto disponibile e accogliente. camera pulita.
unica pecca il bagno esterno con tenda x doccia, molto scomoda perchè bagna tutto, ma in rapporto
al prezzo è accettabile. Cena al ristorante dell'Hotel veramente buona e prezzo buono.

il bagno sarebbe da migliorare. informati che era esterno ma era molto spartano

Chambre spacieuse. Matelas conformtable

Cons:

Chambre vieillotte, simple vitrage, on entends tout pas d'isolation, pas de clim réversible donc froid au matin. papier peint qui se décolle. Salle de bain dans son jus. Une salle de bain par étage avec les toilettes inclus donc quand vous souhaitez aller au toilette, il faut attendre que la personne qui se douche est fini. Petit déjeuner correct mais oublier le bol de chocolat au lait.

Awesome! Jean-Luca and the rest of the family couldn’t have done anymore to make us feel so welcome!
Pros:

Amazing family and what a wonderful hotel. The food was amazing too. We couldn’t have broken down in a more perfect location to chill and soak up the local events going on that weekend!
