Indoor pool turned out to be jacuzi without water
Pros:

The description of the hotel included "Indoor pool", "balcony or tarrace" in every room, "raindrop shower-head" and free internet.

We were presented a room without windows (only ceiling windows covered with snow). The "indoor pool" turned out to be a jacuzi without any water (!). They told us that we had to inform them 12h in advance if we wanted to use the jacuzi. This is ridiculous as no information about that was presented in advance to us. We percusaded them to change room for a room with windows and the promised balcony, which they agreed to, but they refused to reduce the price due to us not being able to use the jacuzi. They showed no understanding at all that we expected the "indoor pool" to be operational as they adverticed this feature of the hotel. The Internet was not working very well. One of the access points was non-functional and the other that we managed to connect to was shaky. The shower head was just a normal shower-head. When we informed them about the information presented on the hotels.com page, they insisted that they had no relationship to hotels.com at all which seemed very odd. They thought we should be satisfied that they changed room for us.
