Renovation work of the Annex building will be carried out from 04/11/2025 to the end of next Feruary.

■ First construction
Period: November 4, 2025 (Tuesday) to late January 2026 (planned)
Details: Repair and painting of the annex exterior wall.
*During this period, scaffolding will be installed around the annex exterior, preventing guests from enjoying the exterior and scenery.
*The observation terrace will be open once safety of the scaffolding and other facilities has been confirmed, but it is expected that most will be unavailable of the period.

■ Second construction
Period: January 5, 2026 (Monday) to the end of February 2026 (planned)
Details: Renovation of the unit bath in the annex
*During this period, guests will not be able to stay overnight in the annex.
*The observation terrace will not be available.
*The Yasoroku Onkan coffee shop will be closed all day.
*For guest safety, the operating hours of the men’s public bath in the Annex will be changed as follows

Die Lage ist top, das Zimmer ungewöhnlich groß und komfortabel, das kostenlose Onsen sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (kleine Tattoos sind erlaubt), Hotelpersonal sehr nett - würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen!

Hôtel confortable et bien situé
Pros:

Hôtel confortable, propre, bien situé, proche du magnifique château de Matsumoto, avec onsen agréable accessible directement par l'ascenseur.
Professionnalisme du personnel. Mise à disposition d'un shuttle le jour de notre départ car il fallait attendre 20 minutes un taxi, sans doute à cause la pluie. L'hôtel est à 20 minutes de la gare à pied.
Séjour agréable dans cette ville très plaisante aux sources naturelles.

Cons:

Attention la laverie un peu datée n'est ouverte que de 9h à 20h.

Great Location for Matsumoto Castle
Pros:

Excellent location to visit Matsumoto Castle. It was a short two block walk. Breakfast was excellent and staff was attentive to its guests.

Cons:

At first the room looked clean but upon further inspection, the basin in the bathroom was not cleaned. The lounge chairs in the room were worn and had a sticky substance on them.

とても素晴らしいホテルでした。予約時からチェックアウトまで、大変お世話になりました。大浴場も快適でした。

Cons:

これを『良くなかった点』として指摘することが憚られるのですが‥朝食（バイキング形式）時、スタッフのお一人が朝食会場に立って各テーブルに目を光らせてた事ですかね。バイキング形式ですもの、入店時の案内が終われば、後は宿泊客がどの様に食事をしようか、自由ですよね。‥でも、ずっと仁王立ちで見張られていると‥食べたい物を何度もお皿に盛ることが‥恥ずかしくなってしまいました‥（笑）

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était excellent, l'hôtel est bien situé et le personnel du petit-déjeuner était très sympathique. Le mobilier a du cachet, et le château est juste à côté.

Cons:

Une forte odeur de boule à mites imprégnait le hall d'entrée, et on m'a attribué une chambre occidentale alors que j'avais réservé une chambre japonaise traditionnelle.
