Pulito, ordinato, estremamente cordiali e disponibili. Stanza tradizionale bellissima e onsen meraviglioso.
Emplacement très bien

The public bath was great and the breakfast was wonderful. I
The old but new vibe, the location and breakfast are all exceptional. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. We were able to drop our luggage off before checking in and they already move them to our room when we checked-in.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating, offered us a shuttle bus to the train station! Located very close to castle and the shopping street, plus plenty of hidden gem food options around.
Facilities were slightly aging but no issues encountered.
That is a good choice if you stay near the Matsumoto castle.
There is no hotel and own parking
Location and friendly staff
Room needed new carpet and sleep wear and robes was not very comfortable but I believe refurbishment is under way
Close to Matsumoto castle
Property smelled, room looked very dated
I already stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago. The Japanese style room is very cosy and the location is ideal. Would recommend!
