Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, tolle Lage
Pros:

Tolle Unterkunft, Betten bequem.
Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Nothing I ended up leaving and not staying. The hotel is old and run down. Stains o. The carpet- walls have been painted in years. Dark everywhere…. I did not stay.

Great for a night, hotel is older than expected but well maintained.
Pros:

Great staff, always friendly and helpful. It was also conveniently located and parking was easy. The hotel was spacious and also came with on-site onsen. The decor was quaint if you like vintage accommodations. Level 4 has vending machines for drinks and a microwave as well.

Cons:

It was very dated and the rooms had a musty smell. The air conditioning kept turning on and off in cycles (so you slept in alternating waves of hot and cool air) and the double bed can be small for 2 average size folks. We also woke up to room doors slamming because other guests weren’t the most considerate.

松本らしさを満喫
Pros:

まず、きもちの良い接客でした。
内装は松本民藝家具で統一されていて素晴らしく、落ち着きのある空間でゆっくりした気持ちで過ごせました。
大浴場があるのもありがたいです。
朝食はバイキング形式に変わったようですが、バラエティーに富んでいて美味しくいただけました。？

駐車場が無料で使用できればよりありがたいです。
