リラックスできる宿泊施設でした。また利用したいです。
Pros:

夕食の籠会席料理が適量なので女性、男性にも満足出来て嬉しい限りでした。その分お酒を飲む量が増えてしまいました。
施設全体的に和洋式が上手く織りなして落ち着きました。

Cons:

ツイン部屋クローゼットの扉開閉が壊れていて閉まりが悪かったです。和室のクローゼットは問題ありませんでした。

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Von außen sehr ansprechend, das Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal war klasse und sehr hilfsbereit! Man hat uns im Rahmen einer Umbuchungsaktion sehr geholfen und unterstützt! Klasse! Wäre an anderen Orten wahrscheinlich nicht so gelaufen! Danke noch einmal für Ihre Unterstützung!

大満足。
Pros:

素敵な民藝家具を使用していて、とても落ち着いた雰囲気で心地良かった。接客も丁寧。夕食のイカザというコース料理も見た目が素敵で美味しかった。
立地が良く，とても観光に便利。ホテル周辺も静かで、周辺散策だけでも、趣きがありとても楽しかった。

Close to Matsumoto Castle
Pros:

Located just a 3 or 4 minute walk from the stunning Matsumoto Castle, and about a 15 minute walk from Matsumoto station. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room (twin beds) was huge with a seperate sitting room, large bed room complete with cupboards and desk, and the largest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel! The mattresses were very comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. For breakfast there was a large variety of food to choose from, and was really delicious.

Cons:

When having a shower, the water sprayed over the edge of the bath. I was unable to adjust it to land just in the bath. Otherwise all good.

Pros:

Quiet hotel in a good location to see the Matsumoto Castle. The standard room with one double bed is perfect for a solo traveller. Comfortable at the end of a busy day of walking. Lovely entrance hall with interesting furniture.

お部屋の広さも十分。
ホテルのクラシカルな雰囲気が好き。

Cons:

毎年利用させて頂いてる、お気に入りのホテルですが、今回のお部屋の冷蔵庫が冷気が弱かったのが残念。
