Hotel in ottima posizione, buona colazione, onsen carino pulito e ben attrezzato.

Cons:

La camera da noi scelta (quella con il tatami) era nella parte vecchia dell'hotel, molto decandente e la camera veramente molto polverosa e poco curata, sembrava di essere in un altro hotel.

スタッフさん達がみんな丁寧。

Cons:

大浴場のドライヤーが少なくて、部屋で乾かしたことです。

その大浴場でスリッパをわかるように他の方々とは別の置き方をしてあったにもかかわらず、誰かに履いてかれてしまいました。自分なが履いてきた物以外を履きたくない人は、靴下など自分のモノとわかるようなものをスリッパに入れた方がいいかもしれません。もしくはホテル側が部屋番号書かれたクリップを用意してくれれば履き違えがなくなると思います。

Comfortable hotel, especially the spacious japanese style room in the annex.
Pros:

Friendly staff, very nice tatami room, good breakfast, great location.

Cons:

The normal small two-person room smelt a bit like old cigarette smoke, and the room + bathroom definitely needs renovating/modernizing. Full of scratches on the walls, non-functioning buttons and the bathroom - while relatively clean - was old, scratched and there was some mold between the tiles of the shower. The air conditioning made too much noise. But our stay was overall quite comfortable.

酒店离松本城很近，从松本站步行16分钟就到了。酒店设施很干净，空间还算可以，早餐很好吃。酒店工作人员服务态度很好，如果下次来松本的话还会选择这家酒店
