A very good property with a surprisingly large room.
Pros:

The rooms were surprisingly large. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Most spoke very good English. Excellent Japanese breakfast buffet. Good sake selection.

Cons:

The dinners were good but not great.

Cons:

本館と別館の繋がりが面倒
別館の室内の壁の臭いが、ペンキ臭くてそこが一番良くなかった　一晩中空気清浄機全開と浴室の窓を開けていなければならなかった

Cons:

Nice hotel spoilt by poor breakfast selection.
Pros:

Location and nice room.

Cons:

Breakfast was great if you liked a Japanese breakfast. Otherwise, toast and honey seriously undercooked bacon and rather sloppy scrambled eggs. Staff were a bit curt at times especially at breakfast.
