良かったので、今度は孫を連れてきたいと思った。
Pros:

価格の割に食事が美味しかったし、温泉もきれいで良かった。
ホテルの立地も良く、河口湖やと富士山が眺望できるのが魅力的。
小さいながらもプールがあったので、小さい子供を連れて来ても良いと思った。

Cons:

西館の７階に泊まったが、廊下を歩いていると他の部屋の話し声がかなり聞こえてきた。
もう少しプライバシーが保てると良いと思う。
部屋にあったエアコンのリモート端末の液晶表示が古くて、老人には見えづらかった。

ホスピタリティ全員接客が良い、河口湖駅から然程遠くなく湖沿いである立地、部屋の清潔さ・広さ・窓から見える湖の情景の美しさ、朝食の美味しさ、最高でした。
親にも勧めたい。

Cons:

温泉は狭めで混む時期でなくとも人が多く、温泉内で喋る人がいるとかなり五月蝿く感じる、シャワーのお湯の出が他人の使用量により変化し続ける。
富士山は展望室に行かないと綺麗に見えないから、富士山をずっと見ていたい人には物足りないかも。私は満足しましたが。
