Pros:

飯店位置極佳，晚餐很讚而且窗景就是富士山，服務佳！

Cons:

有提供自助小點（餅乾.茶水），但建議可以24小時提供！結帳的時候有一個泡湯服務費，雖然價格不高，但因為根本沒有使用所以另外被收費感覺不是很好

The private onsen in the room has a good view of the lake. View is relaxing. Big room. Generous snacks in the lobby as well as the dinner.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

L’établissement est très bien placé entre le lac et le mont Fuji. La gare est très proche, le service de navette depuis la gare est très appreciable, le personnel est très agréable et met tout en œuvre pour le bien être des clients. Nous remercions spécialement Ara qui a été d’une grande aide et gentillesse pour nous aider à récupérer un bagage oublié dans un bus.
Les petits déjeuners et diners sont variés et de qualité.
La chambre familiale avec onsen privé et vue sur le lac était top.

We did not get the room we paid for
Cons:

They gave us a ADA room with beds that looked like hospital beds. We never booked an ADA room and when we told them and asked for another room they told us that the hotel was sold out and that they could not do anything about it. What was supposed to be the highlight of our trip turned out to be a nightmare!

優しさと美味しい料理をありがとう❣️
Pros:

スタッフの方々がとても優しくて、親切で丁寧！誰でもそうだったのが素晴らしいです👍
あと、料理がとにかく美味しかった。大満足です。

Cons:

部屋が、壁や天井が古くて、寝るときに照明を消すとやたらと不気味で、結局一つの照明を点灯して寝た。

Nos buscaron en la estación de trenes y ahí comenzó la magnífica experiencia de hospedarnos en el hotel!
El servicio, la atención, la cena en el hotel, el onsen, el cuarto, las camas, la limpieza… todo fue increíble y maravilloso!

Pros:

The staff, interior, and food were all very good. The location was good and the value was great for what you get. The hotel was very accommodating for a family as well.

Pros:

Hotel was very responsive via Booking.com messaging. Their shuttle service to the station is very convenient. Our room had a wonderful view and was very spacious. We had an awesome time there!

Ok for a short stay
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful

Cons:

A little dated, stuck in the 1980’s. Could do with some modernisation. Location was ok, the other side of the lake had better views
