Für 1-2 Nächte gut
Pros:

Um den Fuji zu sehen, hat das Hotel eine gute Lage. Im 7. Stock gibt es ein "Observatorium" (mit Fernrohr), und hier kann man gut sitzen und den Fuji beobachten oder warten, dass er sich zeigt. Das Hotel hat auch eine ideale Lage, um zur Seilbahn zu gelangen (bzw. auf einen Berg, von wo aus man den Fuji sehr gut sieht) oder zum Sightseeing-Schiff, das in 20 Minuten eine Runde auf dem See dreht mit einer weiteren guten Perspektive auf den Fuji. Auch von der Hotellobby hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See und die umliegenden Berge. Im Ort gibt es auch mehrere Cafés und Restaurants, die aber alle nicht zu empfehlen sind. Ein wirklich SEHR gutes kulinarisches Erlebnis hatten wir nur im "Mieux Restaurant" (sensationelles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr zu empfehlen. 10 Min. mit dem Taxi vom Hotel. Laufen geht auch).

Cons:

Es war alles ein bisschen lieblos. Wir hatten extra ein renoviertes Zimmer im Westbuilding gebucht. Aber wir hatten das Gefühl in einem Jugendherbergszimmer aus den 70ern zu sein. Frühstück ist auch sehr durchschnittlich. Onsen war unterdurchschnittlich. Und wir haben wenig Freundlichkeit erlebt. Es gibt allerdings in der Gegend auch nicht wirklich viel Gutes. Um den Fuji zu sehen, würden wir deshalb trotzdem nochmal Zeit dort verbringen, aber eher nur 2 Nächte (und anschließend auf die Izu-Halbinsel z.B. ins Awashima Hotel (Infinity Onsen mit Blick auf den Fuji. Unschlagbar!)

Fantastic experience!!
Pros:

The rooms are lovely. They are mix of traditional Japanese and western style. We had the private onsen. The pictures don’t do any justice to nice the place is. The water was clean and warm.
The rooms were well stocked with anything you might need.

Cons:

The beds were comfortable, but slightly hard.

Przeżyliśmy tu najlepszą japońską przygodę w tradycyjnym ryokan z onsenem i górą FUJI.
Pros:

Fantastyczne luksusowy hotel z widokiem na górę Fuji i jezioro z prywatnym onsenem, wspaniałymi posiłkami i nieziemską obsługą. Dostaliśmy w ramach ceny typowe yukaty i skarpetki by czuć się japońsko. Obsługa witała nas, żegnała, uśmiechała się i była zawsze pomocna. To był pobyt WOW ! Zostawiałam w lodówce lekarstwo i obsługa natychmiast wysłała mi je do następnej lokalizacji. Arigato gozaimasu !

Disappointing experience in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Property’s location is fantastic, amazing views and big hotel

Cons:

Unfortunately I had many bad experiences here. My only guess is that no one noticed my booking till it was too late (I booked at 14hrs and arrived the same day at 19hrs). As a consequence I went through some problems:
1) Shuttle was never organized, even when I asked for it since 14hrs. I got a reply 5 min before arriving to the hotel while I was half way walking with my 2 luggages.
2) I asked to book the Onsen, it wasn’t considered. Due to this I had to book at a very inconvenient time and choose between dinner or spa. Staff suggested to book a more expensive one so I could have it later… I wasn’t very happy to pay more just because my initial booking wasn’t considered.
3) Next morning shuttle time was set by the staff, arguing that there were other customers and asking if I could accommodate or there will be no shuttle to take me to the train station before my bus to Fuji. I agreed, even when, once again, this will constraint my chances to have breakfast before the bus. When I arrived to the shuttle next morning, I was the only customer….
4) surprisingly, I had no towels in my room! I’m afraid towels are a minimum expected even in Airbnbs. For a hotel of this category, I’m very disappointed this has been missed.

I think the worst part is that the service recovery after so many incidents was just: oh, we are sorry.

It’s very sad that I booked this place seeing all the excellent reviews and had such a terrible experience. I hope whoever is looking at the bookings really take care of last minute reservations or block them entirely if there is no way to attend them properly.

חוויה מעולה!
Pros:

מיקום עם נוף מדהים, גם לאגם וגם להר פוג'י (בימים של ראות טובה רואים אותו מדהיםםם מהמלון). ארוחת ערב מאד טעימה, אולי הכי טעימה שאכלנו במלון. ארוחת בוקר חמודה אבל פחות מגוונת משמעותית.
חדרים גדולים ונקיים, צוות מקסים אך חלקו הגדול לא דובר אנגלית.
יש הסעות מהמלון לתחנה המרכזית של האוטובוס והרכבת ויש גם קו שעוצר ממש במלון. בכל מקרה, התחנה קרובה גם רגלית למלון (בערך 12 דקות הליכה).
האונסן מושלם, יש כורסאות מסאג' כיפיות לידו ויש גם אונסן פרטי בתשלום שהיה טוב.

Cons:

החדרים מיושנים ובחדר שלנו היה כתם על השטיח. המיטות קצת קשות.
הwifi ממש חלש ולפעמים לא עובד.

A welcoming and wonderful stay in Fuji's view!
Pros:

The whole experience was wonderful! The hotel, the service, the meals (breakfast and dinner) were great. It was way above my expectations in almost every way and I would highly recommend.

Cons:

The only thing that did not suit me, was that the bed was rather hard. However, one request for a mattress topper and I was much happier! If you don't like hard beds, make sure you let them know when you book.

Cudowny odpoczynek w stylu Zen i rewelacyjny jedzeniem. Piękne miejsce !

Widok zapiera z pokoju i na jezioro i górę Fudżi rewelacyjny. Pięknie położony hotel, cudowne lobby z przeszkleniami i wygodnymi kanapami.
Jedzenie rewelacyjne, kolacja z wielkim wyborem dań, sushi najwyższej jakości, steki, warzywa zupy.
Świetny Onsen z zewnętrznymi basenami do odpoczynku po wędrówkach. Piękne miejsce do odpoczynku z cudowną obsługą. Bardzo polecam
Pokoje rodzinne bardzo przestronne, składające się z dwóch pomieszczeń.

除了要自己鋪床以外，其他服務整體而言都有在水準之上
Pros:

1. 下午check-in 之前可以在lounge bar 享受免費的零食及飲料，很讚！
2. 晚餐跟早餐的自助餐都很不錯，餐廳天氣好的時候可以很清楚的看到富士山，非常完美！
3. 大眾浴場設備齊全，泡湯環境幽靜舒適。
4. 服務人員態度良好，還有服務人員親領我們到房間入住，有備受尊榮的感覺。

Cons:

訂了湖景四人房，房內是兩張鋪好的床+兩張沙發床，沙發床的部分，不知道是不是飯店人員不足的關係，居然要顧客自己鋪床，這部分讓人感覺有點傻眼，畢竟我們不是專業人員，自己鋪起來的床床單歪歪斜斜的很醜，而且房間一晚不算便宜，居然沒有幫旅客鋪床的服務，這點令人不是很滿意。
