It was a wholesome experience, GORGEOUS view and SUPURB buffet meal!

Wonderful staff, beautiful facility, and delicious buffet breakfast and dinner. I was impressed and delighted by everything they offered! I had the lake view, and I'm glad I chose that side.

飯店有很多接駁班次來往飯店和車站，
凌晨雖叫不到計程車，但附近有共享腳踏車可以租，所以我們還是有成功看到清晨的富士山！
房間內有浴缸，若需要泡私人溫泉可撥電話跟櫃檯預約，大眾池有分露天、半露天和室內，都非常舒服～還有按摩椅可以舒壓！
服務非常地好！餐廳可以看到富士山，餐點也非常美味，比台灣很多有做吃到飽的飯店還有水準！哈密瓜超好吃

ホテルの方がみなさん親切で挨拶も毎回してくださって温かい雰囲気のホテルでした
ブッフェも品数が多くてたくさんいただきました
障害者対応のお部屋に宿泊しましたが、お部屋が広くてバリアフリーで目の前に富士山が見えて、とても良いお部屋でした

Pros:

Fantastisk hotell med sjarm og koselige detaljer. Herlig spa (onsen) i underetasjen som jeg hadde helt for meg selv kl 8 om morgenen. Veldig hyggelig betjening!

Utrolig bra middagsbuffé med masse å velge mellom! Sushi, kjøtt, sjømat, desserter, masse ulik drikke med og uten alkohol.

Fint med et observatorierom øverst for å se Fuji. Dessverre var det litt for overskyet denne gangen.

Cons:

Ingenting. Men litt synd at utebassenget bare er åpent i sommersesongen.
