Good food and variety.
Great location, reasonable price.
The safe didn't work, and the wifi in the room didn't work. Also, we needed some clothes laundered, but apparently, the “in-house” laundry wasn't available. Still, they arranged another laundry to do it; they couldn't give a price, but we expected something in line with their usual service (for which there was a price list in the room). It was returned very damp and was ridiculously expensive: 2700 INR for 27 pieces, of which 20 were socks and underwear. Apparently, they charge for each sock as a separate item! So we had to pack wet clothes and get them dried at our next stop. We asked if they could arrange a taxi to Kalka (about an hour drive). The price quoted was 3200INR, but we arranged an Uber Deluxe intercity for 800INR.
Breakfast was not great, but the location was good, but I think there are probably better options for the price.
Staff are exceptionally helpful. Great location. Good value for money.

Breakfast needs improvement. Only two fruits were there and no greens served.
Being a Le Corbusier new town venue, circa 1950, it reads at first like the strip development it was designed to be, but once inside it’s a pretty sophisticated hotel.

It’s a favorite with locals, families and anniversary celebrants.
The food is very good, the bar is open and they do great things for those who would love a cocktail.

The room smelt of old damp mildew. Soon it was all over our clothes and everywhere. we were there to attend a wedding and this was totally unwanted. The bathroom has a glass barrier about 1.5 feet to cross over to enter bathroom. HAZARDOUS...... Bathroom was filthy with cracks in the wall
U could not walk on the floor with naked feet as they turned black with dust.
The tea making area has no light overhead and most of all no dust bin near there to throw tea bags after use, hence the sink there was brown with stains. Totally unkempt room.

Beautiful in the lobby and friendly staff just a bit disappointed with stay for the price I paid.
Room was modern and clean with motorized curtains glass window shower, our breakfast was included which was also great. Staff was helpful location is great!

Good attitude of the staff.
The bathroom door on the room in which I stayed needs to be fixed. I was unable to open it completely. Plumbing work at the floor level needs to be improved. The water comes out of the shower facility while taking shower into the main bathroom. The mattress should be of a better quality.
