Séjour horible dans un établissement bruyant bien inadapté au calme.

Cons:

Séjour tout simplement horrible. Impossible d'accéder à la piscine sans être incommodé par la fumée des nombreux fumeurs, qui n'hésitent pas à écraser leurs cigarettes au sol. L’ambiance est délétère, et l’établissement ne semble faire aucun effort pour y remédier.
La nourriture est de très mauvaise qualité : nous avons même eu droit à des œufs durs périmés au petit déjeuner. Si vous cherchez un endroit calme pour vous détendre, passez votre chemin. L'endroit semble entièrement dédié aux enfants turbulents et aux fumeurs invétérés.
Bruits incessants, cris et hurlements à toute heure du jour et de la nuit, sans oublier les jeux bruyants juste devant la piscine… Résultat : nous avons passé deux jours à fuir l’établissement.
Concernant le petit déjeuner, un conseil : soyez présent à 8h pile, car 30 minutes plus tard, c’est littéralement la guerre au buffet.
Bref, notre pire expérience en spa à ce jour !

Las instalaciones están perfectas

Cons:

Por las tardes en la piscina si querías tomar algo podías estar perfectamente 30 min para que te atendieran. Tienen dos bares, pero en uno sólo hay 1 camarero y con suerte de que no se vaya a por algo y en el otro igual.

NO ME IMAGINABA QUE HUBIERA TANTOS NIÑOS, INCOMODABAN A LOS ADULTOS MIENTRAS LOS PADRES HACIAN CASO OMISO DE LAS MOLESTIAS QUE OCASIONABAN EN TODAS LAS ESTANCIAS DEL HOTEL,NO VOLVEREMOS A IR A UN HOTEL DONDE HAYA TANTOS NIÑOS.
OTRO INCONVENIENTE FUE, QUE LA HABITACION LA LIMPIABAN A LAS TRES DE LA TARDE, CUANDO QUERIAMOS DESCANSAR UN RATO,YA QUE LA DEJABAMOS TODA LA MAÑANA PARA QUE PUDIERAN LIMPIARLA.

Unos días en familia de 10. Empezando por el trato de todos los trabajadores/as restaurante , todo el personal del hotel estupendo. Comida , estancia , trato de 10. Animación para niños muy buena. Y el espectáculo para mayores muy bien. Lo que más nos gustó la piscina que parece una playa. Y todo muy limpio. Sin duda repetiremos.

El buffet, muchos fritos, pescado sabe a congelado, los yogures nunca nada tipo bífidus o griego muy básicos , postres muy artificiales, los plátanos verdes y pasados por dentro, nunca hay aguacate en desayuno, pan tampoco posibilidad de centeno, muy básico todo

Bien situado: cerca de la playa (50m)Buenas instalaciones.habitación y cuarto de baño grande limpio y moderno.

Cons:

El parking estaba completo y no se nos informó al reservar el hotel que las plazas eran limitadas! lo que dificultó mucho aparcar en la zona. Los conductos del aire acondicionado en la terraza generaba bastante ruido y el aire acondicionado de la habitación solo funcionaba con las puertas de la terraza cerradas. El hotel está muy orientado a familias, por lo que puede resultar ruidoso. El buffet ofrece variedad, pero en horas punta se satura y la organización de las mesas podría optimizarse. El personal de recepción podría mejorar en atención y gestión para ofrecer una experiencia acorde a la categoría del hotel.Las camas inconfortables , al tener ruedas se mueven constantemente!!!
