Equipe muito atenciosa, café da manhã muito farto. Super bem localizado.
Academia com 2 equipamentos e tudo empoeirado.
El hotel no goza de la calefacción adecuada ni en el salón principal, ni en lis pasillos que llevan a las habitaciones.
El aire acondicionado, no resultó suficiente, durante la noche se sintió frio.
Ropa de cama lamentable, con mucho tiempo de uso , manta gastada y no adecuada a un Hotel 4*.
La calefacción no estaba acorde a la epoca invernal.En todas las instalaciones se sentía frío.
El desayuno, pobre, poco variado.

El desayuno es súper completo. Estábamos apurados porque necesitábamos hacer el check out bien temprano y nos dejaron comenzar a desayunar 10 minutos antes.
Hay oportunidad de mejora en el funcionamiento de la cisterna del baño, hay que sostenerla largo rato para lograr que limpie bien. Además, se siente demasiado claro el ruido de la cisterna de la habitación contigua. Nosotros estuvimos en la 115. No se si pasará en todos los casos.
Estoy muy conforme de todas maneras, lo planteo como una oportunidad de mejora.

Muito barulho. Tinham outros visitantes que fizeram muito barulho e perturbaram bastante a estadia. Nada foi feito pela administração.
