Pros:

Nice hotel..
Love the location.

Cons:

Are first I didn't know where the click noise came from. It was from the lift. You got used to it.

Great stay. Shame they advertise air conditioning but dont have any in the bedrooms.

Great bed. Great shower. Great location. Great staff. Big rooms and light and bright

There was airconditioning but not in the bedrooms. This place would be a 10 if there had been air conditioning. Instead there was a fan in the bedrooms.

Pros:

the hotel is gorgeous with a. fantastic view from the room, it's in a lovely area although with a few bars around and it was a little noisy throughout the night. There is a lift which was helpful after such a strenuous walk. We had a twin bed room and the beds were right next to each other. The bathroom was modern and very clean with nice products. There is a restaurant on the premises, however we missed because it was booked out, we wished we'd known as it has great reviews.

Notre chambre etait tres grande et agreable
Petit dejeuner copieux. Tres arrangeants sur l horaire du petit dejeuner le jour de notre excursion.

Le quartier est animé voir tres animé le soir et cela mériterait un vitrage plus efficace

Excellent location and helpful staff
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location-5 minutes walk from airport bus stop ( 1 €!!) and near bars, restaurants, cathedral etc.

La ubicación increible. A 2 minutos de la Catedral.
La habitación muy cómoda, El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamentes y todo estaba muy limpio.
Desgraciadamente no probé el desyuno pero creo que el restaurante es fantástico.

Cons:

Por decir algo, el ruido de la calle, que tampoco era demasiado.

The room is lovely and bright and good space

It was so noisy with people and markets outside setting up all night it was a problem to sleep. We stayed on a Friday night.

Perfect Balance!
Pros:

Great location right on Praza de Santo Agostiño. Close to everything but not too close. Bars right around the corner along with pizza. Staff was super nice. I arrived in Santiago with a stay somewhere else and plans to bus over to Finesterre and Muxìa for a couple of days. This was my lodging for my last night in Santiago. The staff was super nice and stored my luggage in the gap so I could travel with only my backpack over to the coast. Made life so easy!!

Would recommend this hotel
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was very good. I loved the fact that the beautiful old church was diagonally opposite the restaurant. I so appreciated that there is a lift to the upper floors. The staff were lovely. There was also a little heater with a small rail on top in the bathroom. This meant I could dry my socks that got wet in the rain!
