De Lujo!
Pros:

No sabíamos exactamente al horario en que íbamos a llegar y ellos nos esperaron sin ningún problema. Todos los empleados fueron súper amables y pro activos, nos recomendaron actividades y estuvieron atentos a nuestros pedidos y consultas. El hotel arquitectónicamente es fantástico, está montado sobre un edificio Medieval (el Palacio del conde de Altamira) y eso lo hace acogedor y único. Nos dieron una habitación con un balcón cerrado espectacular, con hermosas vistas del mercado y de otros lugares emblemáticos, porque además de lindo el hotel está muy bien ubicado. La verdad es que resultó inmejorable!

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno casco vello.

Cons:

Al lado del hotel hay un bar-pub; se escuchaba mucho el ruido de la gente ya que nuestra habitación estaba en la primera planta y la habitación no estaba debidamente insonorizada.

Es una pena, pues en lo demás el hotel es fantástico.

Muy buen hotel con aseo algo incómodo.
Pros:

Esta muy bien situado y las habitaciones son muy cómodas.

Cons:

Al estar en una zona muy céntrica se oyen muchos ruidos de la gente de la calle. Y no es nada cómodo el aseo, tener bañera en vez de plato de ducha no es nada cómodo.

La ubicación es excelente, al lado del mercado de abastos. La habitación, con balcón, y unas vistas preciosas al mercado y la Iglesia de San Agustín. La atención del personal intachable, muy atentos y ayudando en todo. El hotel con mucho encanto y personalidad. La cama perfecta. Todo muy limpio y cuidado.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado hacia un zumbido que no molestaba durante el día, pero muy molesto por la noche.

Très bon accueil en français,chambre au 3eme spacieuse et silencieuse avec balcon avec double fenêtre vue sur zone piétonne, sas de protection devant l’accès aux chambres , petit déjeuner correct, le restaurant est très raffiné avec un très bon rapport qualité prix, quartier paisible et vivant bars marchés restos… 10 mn de la cathédrale à pied

Buena ubicación. Algo caro
Pros:

Buena ubicación si vienes hacer el camino de Santiago. A escasos 300 metros de la Plaza del Obradoiro. Hotel moderno, instalaciones limpias y personal amable

Cons:

Relación calidad-precio elevada. Pagamos algo más de 140 euros por una habitacion abuhardillada sin desayuno incluido.
