Cons:

I set my arrival schedule at 14 but I came in early at 12, my room was ready but the reception clerk asked me a 50 Lei tax for early arrival ; and didn't gave me any receipt ; Not courteous since the room was empty and ready and bordering of ransom .

The blockage was no reflection on the staff, who were all helpful and sympathetic.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the toilet and bath/shower outlet got blocked and the bathroom floor was flooded. The reception had to call out a plumber on a Saturday evening to unblock the toilet. Apparently, this was not the first time they had had a problem with that particular toilet and bath.

Odam çok kötü nem ve küf kokuyordu. Şikayet edip, talep edince değiştirdiler. Klima arızalıydı.

Die Stadt ist sehenswert. Das Hotel war zufriedenstellend.
Pros:

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist zentrumsnah. Das Frühstück war nicht überragend aber ausreichend. Die Betten und Kopfkissen sind gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel entspricht nicht einer 4-Sterne-Klassifizierung, da es doch seine besseren Tage hinter sich. Das Zimmer 336 ist auch bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr laut. Schallschutzfenster: absolute Fehlanzeige. Das Bad bedarf dringend einer Renovierung. Der Frühstücksraum im Keller ist echt gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Verschrikkelijk smerig ouderwets hotel waardeloos!

Dicht bij metrostation.

Cons:

Verouderde smerige kamers, kapot bed en meubilair. Geen 4 sterren waard. Koffiebar en restaurant gesloten. 1 verdieping vernieuwd rest bouwval. Airco kapot. Manager was niet tot helpen bereid.

Verschrikkelijk en smerig.

Las habitaciones no tienen nada que ver con las fotos publicadas en Booking y Google, ni con las que te salen a la hora de elegir la habitación. Todo muy antiguo, las ventanas cegadas por un cartel publicitario alumbrado por la noche.

Dirty and dangerous rooms, do not book

This hotel doesn't deserve even 1 star. We arrived 12 at night and were given a room which was smelling terrible with exposed electrical wires near the bed, everything was old and dirty, The terrace was full of mold. When we asked to get another room, the reception lady provided us with the room next to the first one which was in the same terrible condition. My wife is 6 months pregnant and she got sick from the smell. We asked for a refund given the fact the both rooms were actually dangerous with the exposed electrical wires which was declined and we had to look for another hotel at 1 A.M. at night. All the images of the Hotel are AI generated.

Pros:

It is a hotel that looks a bit old from the outside, but don't let that fool you; the rooms are spacious and airy enough for both travelers and families with children. The staff are very friendly. The Nepalese ladies who cleaned the rooms were also very helpful and cheerful. The lady working the day shift at reception was very understanding and excellent at solving problems (I’ve forgotten her name :( ); at my request, she very quickly assigned me a larger room with a beautiful view.

Cons:

The shower head was a bit problematic. Unfortunately, there weren't enough towels in the room.
