Cons:

Hotel no es 4*. Muy antiguo, olía mal, mala infraestructura y mantenimiento. Las habitaciones grandes pero con mobiliario antiguo y en algunos casos en mal estado. El desayuno pobre y malo, con muy poca variedad. No hicieron el aseo, ni sacaron la basura de mi habitación, la cama la hicieron mientras no estuve pero muy mal, no limpiaron el baño y no repusieron papel higiénico

Zentral und grosses Zimmer, Achtung sehr alter Lift, gefahr darin stecken zu bleiben

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Grosses Zimmer.

Cons:

Wir haben dort eine Nacht übernachtet. Uns wurde zugesichert, dass wir statt bis 12:00 Uhr bis 13:00 Uhr im Zimmer bleiben dürfen. Allerdings funktioniert der Lift nur mit der Zimmerkarte. Meine Kollegin stieg nach 12:00 Uhr in den Lift, um nach oben zu fahren, und blieb darin stecken, da die Karte nicht mehr funktionierte. Dadurch konnten wir auch nicht mehr ins Zimmer gelangen.

Zum Glück war ich in der Nähe und konnte ihr helfen. An der Rezeption war jedoch niemand, da die Mitarbeiterin gerade Mittagspause hatte. Im Wechselbüro am Eingang arbeitete ein Mitarbeiter namens Rado. Er rief die Rezeptionistin an, die daraufhin den Zimmerservice organisierte, damit wir wieder ins Zimmer konnten.

Wäre Rado nicht gewesen, wären wir wahrscheinlich zu spät zum Flughafen gekommen. Wenn man Gästen verspricht, dass sie länger im Zimmer bleiben dürfen, sollte auch sichergestellt werden, dass die Zimmerkarte entsprechend länger funktioniert.

Deshalb mein Rat: Verlasst euch nicht darauf, wenn euch gesagt wird, dass ihr länger im Zimmer bleiben dürft, ohne zu überprüfen, ob die Zimmerkarte ebenfalls entsprechend verlängert wurde.

Good location
Pros:

Room was modern, spacious and nice. Great location, right in the center. Newly renovated.

Cons:

At night there was no way to turn off the heating and it was like a sauna - the wall thermometer didn’t work at all. I asked the staff to help but he had no idea how to fix it.
Breakfast was very low quality in a tiny stuffy room in the basement - I would recommend getting your breakfast somewhere else.

Sozialistischer "Charme", kein 4Sterne Niveau. Personal uninteressiert.

Lage: sehr zentral, jedoch an einer sehr stark befahrenen Hauptverkehrsstraße

Cons:

Frühstück war an und für sich ganz gut, jedoch die Auswahl für ein 4-Sternehotel bescheiden.
Uns wurde ein ruhiges Zimmer zugesagt, wir bekamen dann eines, das auf den sehr lauten und stark befahrenen Boulevard hinausging. Der Bitte nach Zimmerwechsel wurde nicht nachgekommen.
An der Fassade war ein riesiges , nachts beleuchtetes Transparent , die Spots schienen die ganze Nacht extrem hell ins Zimmer.
Das Personal konnte keinerlei touristische Auskünfte erteilen. Beispielsweise wurde uns mitgeteilt, seit Corona gäbe es keine Hop off hop on-Busse mehr, obwohl diese im Halbstundentakt direkt vor dem Hotel vorbeifahren, Haltestelle schräg gegenüber.

Top für Stadtreisen.
Pros:

Lage in der Stadtmitte mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel jeder Art sind in kürzester Zeit Erreichbar. Zimmer etwas Älter eingerichtet aber für einen Kurzurlaub mit Stadtbesichtigung perfekt geeignet. Frühstück reichlich, für jeden etwas dabei aber in einem Fensterlosen Kellerzimmer.

Good hotel for the price and the location, close to the center and old town.
Pros:

Cons:

ehm... we ordered deluxe jacuzzi suite and another normal room, in my deluxe all was cheap, long time used and uncomfortable. No plugs nearby office table, dinning table broken with sharp edges, behind the window add on the house with direct sharp lights directly to the windows, curtains doesn't help so much. Nothing for that price
