central location but very worn room with broken furniture

very worn room, toilet didn’t flush, fan made the most awful ‘ screeching’ sound when the bathroom light was turned on

The room was really good, the staff very friendly and supportive, especially Nicoleta, she helped a lot with info and was very nice. Overall experience very good.

Cons:

The balcony could be in a better shape and the view was blocked by advertisement, which was unfortunate.But nothing else to add to this part of the review.
