L’inconstance des prestations : niveau de calme, accueil petit déjeuner.

Samedi soir tardif très bruyant (extérieur, groupe d’enfants courant dans les couloirs, engueulades le matin?!).
Dimanche 10h Accueil petit dej (certes bcp de monde), pas de bols, pas d’assiettes, pas de salé au buffet… personne visiblement débordée…moi pas content
Dimanche soir: On essayes la télé. Impossible d’avoir une chaîne! Bon on dors.. heureusement moins de bruit que la veille.
Lundi matin 10h: p’tit dej impeccable (certes moins de monde). Buffet nickel. Accueil très aimable et très pro de Virginie. Bon on finit le week-end sur une bonne note.

Il mio soggiorno all’Appart’City Confort Montpellier Millénaire è stato davvero piacevole.
La struttura è moderna, pulita e ben posizionata. L’appartamento era spazioso, luminoso e dotato di tutto il necessario per stare comodi durante i tre giorni a Montpellier.
Vorrei però fare un ringraziamento speciale al personale della reception, sempre gentile e disponibile. In particolare un grande complimento a Yassine: è stato eccezionale, professionale, sorridente e pronto ad aiutare in ogni momento. Ha reso il nostro check-in e il soggiorno ancora più piacevoli. Si vede che ci mette davvero passione nel suo lavoro!
Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, soprattutto grazie al calore umano dello staff.
Torneremo sicuramente!

Hôtel bien situé avec les transports en communs à proximité et bien desservi.

Cons:

Le bruit la nuit de personnes non éduqués qu’ils sortent de soirée et rentres à 3h du matin et fais un vacarme pas possible entre crie, meuble qui bouge, bruit de pas et talons sans aucun respect pour les autres clients présents dans l’hôtel et pas une action de la part de ou des employés présents le soir.

Solo está bien para dormir en la cama.

Cons:

Habían algunas zonas sucias con polvo.
El desayuno incluido y su salón es muy pequeño y con poca variedad gastronómica.
El baño no tiene ventana o extractor.
El sofá-cama es muy ruidoso e incómodo.
Te hacen pagar 5€ por el parking nocturno pero, llegando de noche no sabes cómo hacer que te abran la puerta y estuvimos 3 huéspedes esperando por 15 minutos hasta que entramos a recepción y avisamos que nos abrieran.

De passage à Montpellier
Pros:

Bel emplacement, appartement mieux que je pensait, très bon rapport qualité/prix .
Spacieux, très bien équipé, bonne literie.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner buffet très complet mais le personnel a beaucoup de mal à suivre pour réapprovisionner...et salle de déjeuner petite pour la quantité de personnes présentes
