Pros:

Расположение великолепное, выходишь из гостиницы и узнаешь местную жизнь изнутри, все в доступности. Особенная благодарность персоналу, администраторы на ресепшен и обслуживание, все дружелюбные и общительные. Большое спасибо Софи, решала все вопросы при их появлении, организовала на достойном уровне! Буду советовать знакомым. Командировка прошла продуктивно!

Byli jsme s hotelem velmi spokojeni. Vše je dostupné kousek od hotelu. Obzvlášť musím pochválit zaměstnance, kteří nám se vším velmi pomohli (např. nám dovezli zapomenutý tablet na pokoji).

Zimmer vorne raus etwas laut. Hinten kräht morgens ein Hahn. Frühstück etwas spärlich, aber Kaffee,war gut

Pros:

This hotel let us check in a few hours early since we had just arrived from the airport. They were very helpful with helping us book transportation to our next destination. Breakfast was simple but great. The open roof top was very nice to see the whole city and get some air at night. Location was perfect, walking distance to all of the popular spots in the Old Quarter

The worst hotel I have ever walked into!!!!!

There is nothing to like about this hotel. It was absolutely disgusting. The room smelled horrible and there were roaches running up the wall.

Booking should never allow this hotel to be booked. It is absolutely disgusting. There are roaches everywhere. I was in my room two minutes. I turned around and went back downstairs and they told me they would give me my money back minus a certain amount, but they did not want me to leave a review and I told them I was going to leave a review that the place was horrible and they told me that I wasn’t going to be able to find another room available and they had to go check and see if there were roaches in the room. It was unbelievable. They were arguing with me over roaches in the room.

Séjour vielle ville
Pros:

Parfaitement situé dans la vieille ville d'Hanoi et pour autant au calme mais pour cela il faut faire la concession de ne pas avoir de fenêtre sur l'extérieur.
Mention spéciale à Sophie qui a su nous organiser nos transports avec efficacité.
Petit déjeuner buffet basique mais en qualité correcte et quantité.
