Erinomainen hotelli keskustassa
Pros:

Erittäin keskeisellä paikalla oleva hyvätasoinen hotelli. Ystävällinen ja auttava henkilökunta, erityisesti Sophie, joka oli aktiivinen WhatsUpissa. Hyvä ja runsas aamiainen kruunasi kaiken. I'll be back!

Séjour agréable dans quartier animé.
Pros:

L'établissement est idéalement situé, tout ou presque peut se faire à pied. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, très à l'écoute de nos besoins.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est trop restreint et devrait être amélioré. Par exemple servir des oeufs préparés à la demande et non pas des oeufs cuits à l'avance qui restent dans un récipient à chauffer et à recuire.

Pros:

Ks này không tốt lắm. Cửa phòng mỗi lần đóng gây ra tiếng ồn giống như động đất không thể ngủ được ví tiếng ồn từ người đóng cửa phòng.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé, et le personnel est très serviable. Chambre propre.
Hôtel correct pour 1 ou 2 nuits max.

Cons:

Fenêtre de chambre qui donnait sur un mur à quelques centimètres de la vitre, il faisait donc nuit même à 14h et tous les bruits des autres chambres donnant sur ce mur résonnaient fortement. Petit déjeuner vraiment passable.

Atencion del personal , limpieza , desayuno y ubicacion en el centro del old quarter perfectas.
Lo tome como referencia para movilizarme a Ninh Binh y Ha Giang genial. Me aportaron informacion y consejos, lo agradezco.
Recomendable 100 x 100.

Estadia en Hanoi
Pros:

Servicio amable, educado, atentos a las necesidades del huesped. Personalmente me solucionaron ploblemas y gracias a ellos pude disfrutar tranquila mi estancia en Hanoi.Incluso habia elegido una habitacion intermedia y me asignaron una superior sin costo de recargo
En cuanto a limpieza impecable, desayuno muy completo, y ubicacion perfecta.

Altamente recomendable.
Si regreso a Hanoi , volveria a este hotel
