Sa Cabana Hotel Rural & Spa - Adults Only

Great location! Close to everything you want to see, but in a lovely and tranquil location to unwind. Pool and spa are wonderful, and the friendly, helpful staff and upscale accommodations complete this wonderful experience.

Ee stayed here for 4 nights and the negatives outweigh the positive so unfortunately we wouldn’t return or recommend

Positives
- Hotel garden and surroundings are absolutely beautiful and really picturesque
- Hotel itself has been renovated beautifully and was very clean
- We booked the suite and it was really spacious and had a comfy bed. Robes were provided and we have a lovely terrace with great views
- Super quiet and tranquil, this was the type of holiday we wanted so this was a pro for us but bear in mind it is very secluded and not much atmosphere so depends on the type of holiday you want
- Pool area was elevated with sun all day, plenty of loungers and parasols and a nice big pool

Negatives
- This stay was for our honeymoon and despite me contacting the hotel beforehand at no point was it acknowledged or was any effort made to make our stay special
- There were never enough staff working at any given time (1 waiter, 1 receptionist) which wouldn’t have been a problem if the staff weren’t limited to the jobs they were assigned - even if the receptionist was free she couldn’t get us drinks. This resulted in us having to push a bell/button in the bar when we wanted service and wait for the waiter who was out in the restaurant serving to come in and make us drinks. On 3 out of 4 mornings we had to set our own breakfast table sign cutlery etc
- Dinner menu was limited for vegetarians, vegans and anyone with a dietary requirement. There was one veggie burger and one salad if you don’t eat meat
- Lunch was the dinner menu so was very limited in that most meals were evening type meals other than one or two salad options
- Breakfast was the same. Fruit, bread, meats, cheese and pastries. Only hot food was scrambled eggs and bacon and a few other non breakfast type things which we didn’t try. Also there were never enough coffee cups put out so most mornings we had to try get the one waiter on shift to get more (they had more in the bar so not sure why they couldn’t put out the right amount for guests)
- The menu options wouldn’t have been a huge problem however the nearest town is a 2 min drive and 25€ in a taxi!! It can be walked in 20 min but about 5 mins of the walk is a dual carriageway so a bit dangerous however we did it one night as we’d run out of things to eat on the menu
- Spa facilities were seriously lacking as far as spas go, the pool and jacuzzi looked dingy and uninviting. No hand soap in the toilets (ones used when you’re around the pool) and the showers were freezing
- Billiard room was locked with not explanation as to why
- Check in was lacking, no information was given about booking spa treatments or the hotel itself. And the welcome drink was cava or water, asking for another alcohol free option was chargeable

Some of the above negatives may seem like small things but for the amount we paid and the fact this a 4* hotel, most of these are basic expectations. It’s a shame as this hotel has the potential to be extremely special but unfortunately it is really lacking in a number of areas

Hotel is nice with a good pool and facilities.
However we were slightly disappointed as there were no massage slots available during our (only one day) stay and as our room (2) was by the main hall it was very noisy early in the morning.

Lovely stay. Our room had beautiful views, great for a relaxing time away. The town of Consell is within walking distance so made for a nice little venture out each day. Ate at the hotel restaurant a few times and the food was amazing. Special mention to Toni who served us lots of times during our stay, he was so helpful and friendly and couldnt do enough for you. Hoping to book again for next year we loved it there so much.

Für 1 Nacht ausreichend, wir würden aber nicht nochmal für eine längere Zeit kommen. Frühstück kehrt mittelmäßig. Für uns als Veganer sehr wenig Auswahl. Begrüßung beim Hotel kam eher etwas genervt rüber.

Our 7th time at sa cabana. excited every time .staff. surroundings .pool .rooms all excellent.

Servicen er helt i top, personalet er super søde og meget imødekommende.
Uanset om det er at få serveret morgenmaden udenfor, få et godt tip til en god restaurant i nærheden eller andet er alle søde og hjælpsomme. Smukt sted og smukke omgivelser. Jeg kommer gerne igen.

Sehr ruhige Umgebung und schöne Gartenanlage. Hochwertig renovierte Anlage mit sehr gemütlichen Betten in der Suite.

Das Frühstück und der Service morgens ist ausbaufähig, der Service vom Restaurant ist Grenzwertig das Essen ganz ok.
Es gibt aber top Restaurants in der Umgebung. Ein Auto ist erforderlich.

The hotel is just perfect!!!! I seldom leave a review but my experience was so good that I must express my gratitude. The actual environment and cleanliness are even better than the photos. And the hotel vibe and environment is so relaxing which is much better than those hotels near the beach (which I had stayed in one of them before staying in Sa Cabana). I seldom use hotel facilities, but for this hotel, it made me woke up early in order to enjoy the awesome sauna, jacuzzi and spa. The hotel is newly and stylishly renovated. To be honest, it would be your loss if you dont stay here.

Definitely staying again when I come to Mallorca next time.

Great stay!

Sa Cabana Hotel is an amazing hotel with top service during our 5 nights there. The surroundings are beautiful - the garden is green and fantastic. It is always possible to find a spot in the shadow when it gets to hot. The pool area is also great and wire a besutiful view. All in all a fantastic hotel - a place we would love to return to.

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, easy to drive around the island, a 20 min drive to Palma for example. The hotel is super quiet, the pool area is very private and quiet and some days we were even alone by the pool. The property is very pretty, we had a dinner at the hotel one night and also drinks in the evening with amazing views. Super impressed by the staff and the service!

I would say that a car is a must, it’s a bit tricky to walk by foot from the hotel to nearby town or other areas.

Will definitely return… had to pleased but this place met all me expectations. Was reluctant at first as I don’t like old buildings but it uniquely done and mixed with modern style…EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT-JUST NEED TO LEARN SPANISH SO I CAN UNDERSTAND SOME STAFF , but all
