Very nice, unclear about the value
Pros:

Location was excellent. Very much in the center of things. Glad to have breakfast included. The room was in good shape, clean, and the view was not bad.

Cons:

I can't really answer whether the value was there - it was expensive, but I didn't do significant research to determine whether it was a good value for the location. The parking situation is not optimal - the hotel apparently has only a limited number of spaces, and they utilize a lot across the (back) street from the property as well as spaces in their building. They indicated that a reservation was necessary to ensure a space, but I received no reply to my request. The cost was close to excessive - while I don't drive or rent a car when visiting a city, it really does seem like an unwanted addition that nearly every guest would pay in any event. I would rather have a choice between a free breakfast and free parking.

Great choice for Delray stay.
Pros:

Spacious and clean room; great breakfast and perfect location. Easy parking on streets nearby. Super choices of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Price was higher than I’d like but not a surprise given Delray is a very popular Spring break destination.

It was totally fine for my 2 night stay.
Pros:

Excellent location, super nice staff & really a nice place to stay short term. I believe it was “ updated” not too long ago & you can feel it. The included breakfast is a total bonus.

Cons:

The vibe walking in was that I was not in a luxury hotel, & since I booked through Booking.com, I couldn’t get “Hyatt” points. I chose Hyatt bc that usually is my go to choice. Elevators felt “stale.” I had to change my room bc the a/c was beyond loud & you could even hear it outside the room, however; the hotel accommodated my request & it was a huge difference. Although breakfast was a total bonus, it ended at 9:30 AM, the breakfast area was still very busy at 9:30 & I think it could’ve went on til 10AM for those that were there on vacation. Not “complaining,” just “suggesting.”

Solid option in ideal location

Nice hotel with good location and a few flaws
Pros:

Delray Beach hotels, as a whole, are pretty crowded this time of year and can be inundated with kids so beware if you are trying to avoid that. We had a fairly comfortable room on 4th floor but the shower was a slow drainer and I hate glass bathroom doors or otherwise windows in the bathroom as I have to wake early and not disturb my wife (she is sensitve to light while sleeping).
We were awoken a couple times by kids running up and down the halls but no big deal for parents used to that and it died down before midnight.
The staff were helpful and pleasant and location was great and cleanliness also very good. Parking 30 bucks a night was expected for this desirable location but these fees have really gotten out of hand haven't they?
We would stay here again but as a necessity, not a desire.

Great Hotel. WiFI does not work consistently.
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location. Nicely updated. Clean. Big negative is the Wifi does not work consistently. Desk staff are aware. Problem is ongoing and has not been fixed for months according to staff and guests.
