I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place. It was right at the heart of the Delray strip, literally minutes away on foot from all the fun and good eats. The Free Bee shuttle that took us to the beach was reliable, Super convenient and a breeze to book via the app. The shuttle was a cute little golf cart, But I recommend checking seaweed conditions at the beach before going because when we went, we felt like swamp monsters getting in and out of The seawater, ha ha ha. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast offered at hotels. I just wish they had somebody making omelettes but overall, breakfast was enough to help us save on a meal outside. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly and offered good customer service. I definitely recommend a stay here!!!
The staff was very kind, and the ambiance was inviting.
The room we were in was just renovated so the light switches weren’t properly labeled or connected. The light switch cover was loose as well which was a bit concerning. The tv in our room, we assumed was a smart tv but was limited to the cable provided by the hotel. No worries we brought a Roku and streamed like normal. But it would have been nice to not have to bring one.

Second time I stayed at a Hyatt hotel and I have no complaints about the property. Everything is clean and nice to the view.

Location was great
Room was dirty. There were urination stains on the pullout sofa sheets it it was not cleaned real well there were items from previous visitors, including medication’s.
The location in Delray is so cool, all the shops and restaurants are right there, literally within a minutes walk. Another unexpected amazing feature of this area is the free transportation. If you want to go to the beach, or a nearby shop and don't feel like walking, Delray has Freebee, a transportation service, you can download the app, it's so easy and convenient. Tipping your Freebee driving is not expected but this service is so good, you'll want to keep a bit of cash handy to take care of these wonderful drivers. What stood about the most was the staff at the hotel. They were always available for any questions we had. I'm not just saying this, i can not wait to come back to the Hyatt at Delray.

Overall value was excellent. Sadly, over the years, the quality and service at many hotels has deteriorated. My wife and I were very impressed with the high standards still maintained by the Hyatt.
