Happy-hour bar service was a little choppy. Bar service and wine selection did not meet expectations
Pros:

Front-desk staff were welcoming, professional, and friendly.

Cons:

Room-service discarded the top to my water bottle(orange cap) instead of placing it aside and bar experience.

A cheap hotel full of cockroaches
Pros:

The price for the location was good but I see why now.

Cons:

The six cockroaches in the room that were totally dismissed when brought up with staff.

Brief stop on a tour down to the Keys.
Pros:

Location is great if you’re travelling towards the Keys. Comfortable rooms and good prices. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Not in a walkable area so you pretty much have to drive if you want to go anywhere.

Very clean and well maintained property

Cons:

Pillows and beds were too soft for our tastes. Everyone has their own specifics for sleeping however I travel for work frequently ans usually stay at marioot Springhill suites and have had great quality pillows and mattresses 3 times alone this month so was disappointed

I didn’t like that the lobby didn’t have any complimentary coffee, I didn’t see see any water either, I always stay at hotels and there’s always been coffee in the lobby, this was my first time here, the rooms had coffee but not enough sugar or creamer, that doesn’t do me any good,
