Overall we were super pleased and will come back.
Pros:

Great facility. Easy parking& access. Nice pool Front desk staff excellent. Housekeeping staff super friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Bar/dining staff seemed a little overwhelmed and it wasn’t busy. Would be nice to have towels at the pool.

Komfortowo i przestronnie. Możliwość kąpieli w basenie. Duży parking. Smaczne śniadanie (to nie był szwedzki stół, tylko możliwość wyboru jednego dania, ale smacznego i sycącego).

We really had a restful night at this hotel.
Pros:

We loved that once we entered the room we didn't hear another sound the rest of the night. The air conditioner/heater worked very well, and the linens were comfortable. the shower worked great, and the room and bathroom were clean.

Cons:

Can't really think of anything we didn't like.

I would book again and recommend Booking.com
Pros:

The staff (check in and restaurant) were friendly and offered to help out even when not needed. The room was clean. The shower with bench was a bonus. We faced the front and it was still quiet. Price point was good.

Cons:

Prices too high at restaurant since it was al a carte and not sit down service. There was unfixed water damage around the tub. I only booked this room because of the reviews. The photos that were online, of the room, look old and tired. I felt like I was taking a real chance booking it. Suggest you redo.

Kind and helpful staff but needs some new furniture.
Pros:

Convenient property close to shopping. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. Unfortunately the small refrigerator in our room was not working but the manager quickly had another working unit brought our room.

Cons:

The sofa in our room was in such poor condition and appeared dirty was unusable. All of the upholstered chairs and sofas in the rooms , lobby’s and outdoors were worn, stained and generally an eyesore.

We had a nice stay, the hotel was a great place to drive out into the Everglades from which is why we picked it.
