Pros:

Gostei imenso do quarto e do hotel em geral. Acolhedor e supercentral! Serviço 5 estrelas e os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis.

Cons:

O quarto era demasiado pequeno.

Εξαιρετικη τοποθεσια!! Ολα τα αξιοθεατα παρα πολυ κοντα! Και το προσωπικο ηταν πολυ ευγενικο και εξυπηρετικο!!

Cons:

Δεν μας αρεσε το μπανιο του δωματιου! Ηταν ολο γυαλινο γυρω γυρω! Διαφανές! Και η πορτα επισης γυαλινη!

Very disappointing, definitely NOT a 4 star hotel , would NOT recommend

Cleanliness of the room poor , staff did not vacuum for 2 days , we stayed for 4 nights , sheets not changed even once in the 4 days
Cup and water marks by the beside table and other table remained as is for the 4 whole days - only fresh towels were given each day, hardly any other cleaning was done
Room very very warm - told could not turn heating off as it was central , AC did not work -room was so warm, when I mentioned it to reception and asked for a table fan , I was told they did not have one and receptionist suggested leaving window open but couldn’t do that as the latch was broken
Pillows were awful, thin and lumpy
TV had one channel in the local language, nothing else
Tea , coffee or toiletries were not restocked each day - had to ask for it everyday day that I was there

Overall a disappointing stay

Location staff were great.
Location was great

Cons:

The man running the bar/restaurant was quite rude.
We arrived quite late, they were just clearing up in the restaurant, the receptionist said hopefully they should be able to serve us a drink after our long journey. But the bar manager just said "well the receptionist doesn't run the bar so shouldn't have told you that, and its too late for you to get a drink. It was about 22:45.
He could of delivered the message in a politely manner.

Pros:

The location was excellent. The room was cozy and perfect for a solo traveller. The shower was fantastic!

Cons:

Unfortunately, in my room, there was a sewer smell. It was as if sewer gas was leaking through the toilet. I acclimated soon enough, but others won't be so tolerable. It was very noticeable.

Esmorzar fantàstic. Instal·lacions molt modernes i espai agradable. Excel·lent ubicació.

Cons:

No ens va funcionar el wifi a l'habitació i no ens ho van arreglar en els 4 dies que vam estar allotjats. Vam haver de baixar al hall per connectar-nos cada vegada. Tampoc ens van oferir cap descompte per les molèsties.
