The staff who were working the front desk!
The poor use of space.
It was just clunky and our room was poorly designed. Really bright overhead lights. Lots of stools and no space to put our things. Wood in the bathroom rotting.
Housekeeping did a poor job the entire time we were there and had even left an item from the previous guests.

Decor was very dated and carpet in room and hallways was dirty and tatty.

Front Desk staff friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast very good.
Room although decent in size was filthy. Carpet stained and dirty. Drapes did not fit windows. Walls dirty and banged up.
Management non responsive / indifferent to concerns. Essentially stated room was an upgrade and the location is great so live with it.
Returned to our room in afternoon to find the door ajar after housekeeping visit.

Zimmer war sehr veraltet und es gab keine Möglichkeit die Klimaanlage zu regulieren. Die Fenster schlossen schlecht und wir haben den Lärm von der Bar untendrunter ständig gehört.
Die Zimmer wurden in unseren 3 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht sauber gemacht. Eine Klopapierrolle einfach auf den Klopapierhalter gestellt ohne sich die Mühe zu machen die leere Rolle zu entfernen.
Bei dem Preis hätte ich mir einen etwas gehobener Service erwartet

Hommikusöök tuleb tellida menüüst, saab valida 2 erinevat toitu. Algul oli võõras, kuid toidud väga maitsvad. Hotelli asukoht suurepärane, asub kesklinnas jõe ääres ja liikumine jalgsi väga mugav. Taksole tuli ca 500 m kõndida, kuid see oli väga ok. Tranfeeri tellimine läbi hotelli - odavam ja juht tuli ise hotelli vastu ning viis sind taksoni.
Kõik meeldis. Ebameeldivusi ei esinenud.

Room very small
Central location and exceptional staff. Rooftop terrace. Room was reasonable size for a central hotel in a converted old building. Lots of great restaurants nearby.
Needs a refresh in some areas and not much seemed to happen in daily room service. The bathroom in our room was small with glass interior walls covered by curtains. Fine for us but be aware.
