Amazing location and view. The rooftop swimming pool was the perfect spot to chill after a day walking. Right in the middle of the city centre. Our room was comfortable, with a large bathroom and bathtub. The breakfast had many interesting options, most of them well made.

Cons:

The only thing I would change is offering free coffee with the breakfast. It was a bit odd to me that I had to pay extra for my breakfast coffee.

立地はよいけれど、ホテルとしての管理・対応に残念さが残っ

旧市街の中心に位置しており、観光には非常に便利な立地でした

Cons:

施設の管理状態にはかなり残念な点がありました。部屋は絨毯の汚れが目立ち、天井の一部が剥がれ落ちそうになっていたほか、壁紙も剥がれかけていました。カーテンも床に余るほど長く、全体的に手入れが行き届いていない印象を受けました。また、最上階のプール周辺には使用済みと思われる汚れたタオルが散乱しており、驚きました。

もう一つ困ったのが、帰国時の荷物の運搬です。旧市街にはタクシーが入れないため、大きなラゲージをどう運ぶのか事前にフロントへ確認したところ、「ホテルからタクシーを予約すれば、ドライバーがホテルまで荷物を取りに来て運んでくれる」と説明を受けました。

ところが当日来たのは女性ドライバーで、彼女自身はとても親切で良い方でしたが、そのような依頼を受けているとは認識しておらず、ホテルから大きなラゲージを運んでもらえる状況ではありませんでした。結局、ドライバーが急遽トラムを見つけてくれ、チップを払って荷物を運んでもらうことになりました。

ドライバーの方には感謝していますが、ホテルから事前に受けた説明と実際の対応が異なっており、帰国時に大きな荷物を抱えて非常に困りました。旧市街という立地上、車がホテル前まで入れないことは理解していますが、その分、ホテル側には正確な案内と確実な手配をしてほしかったです。

Room not that comfortable but rooftop pool was incredible & superb breakfast

The rooftop pool, breakfast & location

Cons:

The bathroom in our room had a bad smell (drainage) with little or no ventilation, room was very dark, hot, and windows looked onto a wall with no view at all.

Sentralt, trangt moderne hotell med svømmebasseng.
Pros:

Veldig bra beliggenhet og sentralt . Deilig med badebasseng men liten plass på taket. Moderne interiör og hyggelig betjening. God standard.

Cons:

Hotellet og rommet opplevdes litt trang men det er jo ikke så rart da det ligger i gamlebyen . Litt uvant med do og dusj med glassdør på soverommet . Litt stusselig frokost men fant veldig god frokost rett rundt hjørnet. Litt dyrt å bo her.
