Bardzo dobry butikowy hotel w samym sercu Ljubljany (ma 20 pokoi i restaurację), świetna lokalizacja, wygodne i ciche pokoje, przyjazna i pomocna obsługa.
Śniadania (wybierane z karty) powinny obejmować trzy (a nie dwie) pozycje do wyboru, tym bardziej, że ich obecny format nie uwzględnia żadnych wymagań/ograniczeń dietetycznych po stronie gościa. Jeżeli jesteś na diecie bezglutenowej lub innej niestandardowej, niewiele znajdziesz tu do jedzenia. Na szczęście, w pokoju jest lodówka, więc można wspierać się własnymi zakupami, ale przecież nie o to chodzi.
I was only there for one day, so I didn’t have much time to take it all in. At first glance, everything is wonderful. Especially the staff! They’re such nice people, always ready to help and understanding in any situation (even when I lost my room key).
I especially want to mention the incredible bartender! A real gem with the most sincere smile!)) He was on shift on the evening of June 14—please pass on my regards to him and thank him for the delicious mojito.😁
The very central location was super for exploring the town. Although central, it was quiet. The rooftop pool was amazing for a cooling dip after some hot sightseeing. The staff really friendly and accommodating.
The shower was good but tended to leak water under the door. It’s a very compact arrangement!

Gute Lage, jedoch Nachtleben zu hören da direkt an der Promenade.
Duschkabine konnte nicht schließen, Waschbecken hat starken Geruch verbreitet, wenig Pflege und teils nicht gut sauber.
Central location and lovely staff.
It was 4 star so was looking forward to it but there was many things wrong with the room, not worth the price which is a big shame.

We were able to check in early
Rooftop and pool were closed the evening we were there; it would have been easy for the hotel to tell guests (we were emailing before check in) but they didn’t bother.
The room was very noisy from the hotel bar until around 0330. The vacuuming at 0645 was also pretty noisy… Sleep was not really an option.
Room, particularly bathroom, was less functional than we might have wished - for example barely any rails or hooks for towels, use of shower flooded the bathroom, bathroom floor was super slippery when wet.

Tout. Le confort du lit, la situation de l’hôtel ( hyper central), la qualité de la nourriture proposée, le roof top avec la piscine. Mais surtout la gentillesse des jeunes femmes à la réception.
La douche débordait et la moquette de la chambre 11 était abimée. Le mobilier un peu également. Chambre à rénover et mobilier à changer.
