Glaswand als Abtrennung zum Bad
旧市街の中心に位置しており、観光には非常に便利な立地でした
施設の管理状態にはかなり残念な点がありました。部屋は絨毯の汚れが目立ち、天井の一部が剥がれ落ちそうになっていたほか、壁紙も剥がれかけていました。カーテンも床に余るほど長く、全体的に手入れが行き届いていない印象を受けました。また、最上階のプール周辺には使用済みと思われる汚れたタオルが散乱しており、驚きました。
もう一つ困ったのが、帰国時の荷物の運搬です。旧市街にはタクシーが入れないため、大きなラゲージをどう運ぶのか事前にフロントへ確認したところ、「ホテルからタクシーを予約すれば、ドライバーがホテルまで荷物を取りに来て運んでくれる」と説明を受けました。
ところが当日来たのは女性ドライバーで、彼女自身はとても親切で良い方でしたが、そのような依頼を受けているとは認識しておらず、ホテルから大きなラゲージを運んでもらえる状況ではありませんでした。結局、ドライバーが急遽トラムを見つけてくれ、チップを払って荷物を運んでもらうことになりました。
ドライバーの方には感謝していますが、ホテルから事前に受けた説明と実際の対応が異なっており、帰国時に大きな荷物を抱えて非常に困りました。旧市街という立地上、車がホテル前まで入れないことは理解していますが、その分、ホテル側には正確な案内と確実な手配をしてほしかったです。
The rooftop pool, breakfast & location
The bathroom in our room had a bad smell (drainage) with little or no ventilation, room was very dark, hot, and windows looked onto a wall with no view at all.
Veldig bra beliggenhet og sentralt . Deilig med badebasseng men liten plass på taket. Moderne interiör og hyggelig betjening. God standard.
Hotellet og rommet opplevdes litt trang men det er jo ikke så rart da det ligger i gamlebyen . Litt uvant med do og dusj med glassdør på soverommet . Litt stusselig frokost men fant veldig god frokost rett rundt hjørnet. Litt dyrt å bo her.

Calidad precio. Indican que es 4 estrellas, pero no tenía la percepción como tal. Las habitaciones no eran nada del otro mundo.

Good location.
There was a leak in our room and the carpet was soaked. The only thing done by the staff was to put some towels on it. I understand the hotel was full and no alternative accommodation could be offered. However no compensation or friendly gesture was made.
Breakfast is amazing
Hyvä sijainti, tyylikäs hotelli, hyvä aamupala ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotellin ravintola oli myös hyvä!
Liian täynnä oleva allasalue, palvelu välillä hieman hidasta, mutta ei se haitannut menoa.

Love the location, the view, the breakfast. Second time staying here. Love looking out at the river from our room and looking up at the castle from the rooftop. Love walking the town center before it all wakes up.
