This is a gem of a hotel located perfectly within the old town with perfect access to exploring the city. Situated on the beautiful riverside which offers lovely views and where there are plenty of restaurants and only a short walk to the main sites. Fabulous breakfast with so much choice and fresh ingredients. Warm , friendly and very helpful staff made this a truly special experience. Fabulous size rooms and decor , easy access via a lift and very comfortable. We will return and so many thanks to all staff who made our trip so wonderful .

My only problem was the design of the bathroom, it was a bit tight and not much space to put things but very clean and in great functional

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut!
Das ist jedoch das einzige was gut war an dem Hotel.
Die Zimmer sind abgelebt, Teppich sehr fleckig, Badezimmerplattenboden hat Risse, und alles ist schmutzig in der Badewanne noch Haare usw.
Roomservice ist nicht gekommen erst auf Nachfrage haben wir frische Handtücher bekommen.
Location is really great, within walking distance of the town's major attractions. Breakfast is great, but some directions within the hotel itself as to where to go for breakfast, and what is available, could be beneficial. Staff is really very friendly and willing to help.

Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr.
Kellner im Restaurant am Nachmittag waren nicht freundlich und man musste lange warten bis Einer kommt.
Hatten das Zimmer im 3 Stock im Sommer sicher zu heiß und bei offenem Fenster extram laut durch die Bar

The room was style over substance and very overpriced.
Glass wall to bathroom must have looked great on the plans but in use, it's weird and unpleasant.
Shower leaked copiously over the bathroom floor.
Loose and leaking tap - hard to operate too.
Lighting very poor and not all lights worked all of the time.
Noisy and uncontrollable air conditioning.
Noise transfer from adjacent room.
No sachets of instant coffee, only sachets of sweetened cappuccino (which were too big for the cups provided).
No milk for tea.
Most of these things have been repeatedly flagged in previous reviews and the Hotel Management always respond in a helpful placatory manner saying that they will take the comments on board and take steps to improve. Here's news for you - they don't - they're just paying lip service.
Super Lage, sehr nettes Personal
Was die Lage anbetrifft, ist dieses Hotel kaum zu überbieten. Mittendrin im Ausgehviertel am Ljubljanica-Fluss. Trotzdem ist es in der Nacht angenehm leise. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück recht gut.
Die Zimmer sind extrem klein und eng. Es gibt kaum eine Möglichkeit, seine Koffer irgendwo sinnvoll abzustellen. Es gibt einen einzigen Haken, um ein Handtuch aufzuhängen. Für eine Einzelperson ist das gerade noch so machbar. Für zwei Personen ist es eher zum verzweifeln. Wir hatten auch das Pech, dass es in unserem Zimmer aus der Kanalisation unangenehm roch.
