Персонал медлительный в основном на ресепшен. , официанты в ресторанах вообще не ориентируются в нормах обслуживания.
Pros:

Все, кроме персонала ресепшен и бухгалтерии

Cons:

Меню и цены в ресторанах. Нормальное меню и ценник только в «Скай бар» на 25 этаже.
Бухгалтерия 3 раза за 3 дня переделывала счета- фактуры.
