Great hotel, good price - shame about the smoking indoors.
Pros:

The hotel was very grand, the room was large, bed was excellent, and view was amazing over the river and watching the lights each night. The bathtub was huge and rain shower was insanely good! Staff were lovely, and willing to help with any issues. The location was away from the craziness, but only a 2 minute taxi ride, or short walk & one subway stop away from the centre on Chongqing. We loved our stay here and couldn't believe the price.

Cons:

The only downside was staff not enforcing the no-smoking rule in the bar area. There were individual no-smoking signs on each table and massive signs upon entry. We were eating afternoon tea with a champagne and it was terrible having several tables just light up and start smoking. I approached staff and they promptly asked them to stop. However, other guests started and staff did nothing unless I approached them first, which put me in an awful situation. This was disappointing for such a nice hotel. We didn't attend the bar after that first day, which was a shame as we intended to go there each afternoon after sightseeing.

Location at the Nanbin Road is amazing..not that noisy and near the promenade to stroll...

Employee very kind and helpful - even not all of them are fluent in English...but that's ok as long as they are kind !!

View from my room ( 39 th floor ) and from the Japanese restaurant ( 37 th floor ) are BREATHTAKING ...

Food and service at the Japanese restaurant is super!!

Breakfast super!!

Cons:

Nothing to complain...I will come back !!

Nice view from the window
It’s quite far from the city center but close to the airport. The room was good enough

Cons:

The staff is really bad in English, I had difficulties to get room service - I can’t do it online because my sim card didn’t authorize, and I can’t do it by phone because the staff didn’t speak English. The European breakfasts were small enough, you expect from radisson more. And the room is good but it needs to be updated

Pros:

Great hotel, good breakfast and very helpful and attentive staff

Cons:

Room was a little warm and we couldn’t turn the AC down enough to be comfortable so we switched it off and opened the window - which suited us perfectly

Underwhelming disappointed and out dated
Pros:

The location, staff not being able to communicate in English nothing or real interest nearby clear instructions not giving when checking in about where things are located in the hotel. Also the hotel not stating about the over £100 deposit that would be taken from me upon checking however instead stating a lower amount on booking.com site

Most things see about also like to add the smell of smoke in all areas of the hotel
