Staff was very friendly and accommodating
Breakfast is not very good.
I stayed here for 1 night on the way to Arizona. It is in a nice location with many restaurants around it. The room was clean and comfortable. The heaters worked well and actually turned off when not heating the room, which is nice. The breakfast had a nice assortment of food. I would stay here again.
It’s in the center of the city easy to get around .
What’s not to like .
Walk to restaurants, full size fridge and hot plate. Plus extra storage.
My daughter and I encountered multiple SAFETY and CLEANLINESS issues in our room (413) . We were in town for the Balloon Fiesta and chose this location because it was a Marriott affiliate location and we felt that this location would be safe, clean, and reasonably priced. THIS LOCATION HAS MULTIPLE SAFETY ISSUES, including a heavy 3 drawer nightstand that was not anchored to the wall. The heavy nightstand fell forward onto my arm and bruised it. The bruise was bad enough that now, over 17 days later, it is still healing. EXPOSED CARPET TACKS ( nails) that I stepped on with my bare feet. CLUMPS of unknown HAIR on the carpet corners and a random unknown hair under my daughter’s pillow that we found the day we were checking out. The THERMOSTAT was not working efficiently and my daughter was experiencing symptoms associated with BLACK MOLD exposure. We were waking up daily with headaches and my daughter starting experiencing nosebleeds the 3 rd day into our stay. Upon returning home, her physician speculated that it could be a possible black mold exposure.
When my daughter went down to check out and wanted to mention to the “General Manager” Jovana Catano some of the issues we encountered so they could look into these problems, Jovana was rude, dismissive and told her that their Affiliate was not held to the same standard as other Marriott locations. Because of her dismissive attitude, my daughter told her that if she didn’t think these issues were bad enough to investigate immediately, then we would be forced to escalate. She told us that it didn’t matter if we escalated because it would just come back to her anyway. We filed a complaint with OSHA the next day. OSHA addressed these safety violations within 48 hrs. OSHA notified the manager that they had 5 days to address the safety issues.
We have since been contacted by several Town Suite management team members including Marriott corporate representatives. We have been assured that all these issues were being addressed. Only time will tell as we were told that Jovana and her team will be retrained. Not a good review for a manager that is in the HOSPITALITY business.
DO NOT STAY at this location until the Town Suite management team can assure their future guests that these issues have been addressed. If the nightstand fell onto a child or infant, it could cause series injury.
Clean, everything. Something Borrowed is awesome. Staff friendly and helpful!
Awesome
Its was nice just need improvement
All good
Excellent location. Many restaurants nearby and also a movie theatre all within walking distance. Safe and comfortable location. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Stag was friendly and accommodating
Nothing that I can think of.
Nice staff, decent breakfast! Service was great and very friendly. However the room we were given was not clean (417). The carpet was mysteriously sticky in several places, and the bathtub and sink were littered with mysterious hairs. I was disappointed for the price we paid.
All went well, the breakfast was very good, the room was just what we needed. If there was one thing that didn’t go well, it was the excessive noise and banging going on in the room directly above us on the 4th floor, making it hard to go to sleep. But this was not the hotel’s fault. I would stay here again.
While generally the hotel was great, this however was the 2nd time, i didn't receive the room I initially reserved. Everything else was pretty good, but be weary you may not get what you have a reservation for
Just average..... Old school tubs. The worst thing is a tv off to the side where you have to lay sideways in order to watch it.
Nice location, clean hotel, larger rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast, happy with our stay.
Nice hotel, nice having a separate room.
The dog parks next to the hotel are amazing
