Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage in Arco, das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Personal immer freundlich.
Das die Sauna nur bis 20 Uhr zur Verfügung steht ist schade. Wir sind den ganzen Tag unterwegs und kommen erst gegen 20 Uhr zurück ins Hotel und hätte den Wellnessbereich gerne genutzt.
Leider war die Klimaanlage nicht über das Zimmer einstellbar. Das Zimmer war extrem kalt an unserem Anreisetag, angeblich waren 23 Grad eingestellt. Wir haben die Klimaanlage dann ausschalten lassen, was an den heißen Tagen auch ungünstig war. Warum ist es nicht möglich, das ich mir meine gewünschte Temperatur selbst im Zimmer einstelle?
Das Frühstücksangebot war ok, aber 6x identisch das gleiche Angebot. Etwas Abwechslung, zum Beispiel ein anderer Käse statt täglich Edamer oder mal ein Spiegelei statt Rührei wäre schön gewesen. Auch Säfte könnte man an 6 Tage mal verschiedene anbieten.
Parkplatz Situation war nicht so schön, ein Wohnmobil hat 3 Plätze in Anspruch genommen. Tiefgarage haben wir versucht, Katastrophe! Erst öffnet keiner, trotz mehrfach klingeln. Also wieder hochlaufen zur Rezeption. Rausfahren war auch erst nach mehrfachen Nachfragen an der Rezeption möglich, weil uns einfach das Tor nicht geöffnet wurde.

We were all inclusive. Food was good. Didn't like restrictions on spirit mixers like tonic were chargeable. Also times for lunch and dinner were a bit restrictive
Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.
Bei allen Fragen und Problemen wurde uns sofort geholfen .
Zimmer sehr ordentlich und sauber.
Das Abendbuffet war sehr üppig .
Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider immer gleich. Bei 9 Tagen Urlaub hätten wir uns über ein klein wenig Abwechslung gefreut

il restauro della struttura lascia a desiderare. Eravamo in 2 e ci hanno dato una camera da 4 sopra il deposito rifiuti, potete immaginare con il caldo di inizio settembre, terrazzino inagibile dalla puzza, non si potevano aprire le finestre

La piscina andrebbe regolamentata perché purtroppo i genitori non controllano i figli ! Dovreste scrivere delle regole ben precise per i bambini !
Tuffi e urla continui mentre i genitori facevano altro …
I bambini continuavano a prendere la rincorsa e tuffarsi!
