Wil stay again as it is convenietly located.
Pros:

I got upgraded. Fast check in. Good bistro. Very smiling personnel.
Very good mattress and sheets.

Cons:

I got upgraded. But the room 125 is practically empty. Old dirty sofa, chair and TV. Thats it. No table. No fridge. For such a "poshy" room it is very poor. Dirty corners in the toilet and at the entrance. Only one towel? Shower is fixed and very low. I had to bow to the shower. Drinking water - two small bottle. Bedroom is big but looks empty. Lots of room for improvement. Not really Ascott level.

Pros:

Room was big and with balcony

Cons:

Service was terrible
Took 20 to 30 mins to deliver water or coffee
Nobody bothered to ask how was our stay, if we were comfortable or needed anything

Hot water not working
Bath tub was not working
Massage chair was broken
Electric kettle doesn't switch off automatically

Ideaal voor een bezoek aan Taman Mini, maar beter om te bezoeken na renovatie.
Pros:

Locatie is perfect, op loopafstand van Taman Mini en vlakbij een straat vol met goede restaurants. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en de lobby ziet er keurig uit. We kregen bij het inchecken kaartjes voor Taman Mini.

Cons:

Hotel wordt momenteel gerenoveerd en de kamer viel wat tegen. Terras keek uit op de bouwplaats en er stond maar 1 oud stoeltje, terwijl het een tweepersoneelskamer was. Vloer was beschadigd en wc zag er wat smoezelig uit. Ook zagen we hier en daar kleine beestjes. Kamer was duidelijk verouderd.

Pros:

La posizione ottima per chi come nel nostro caso; abbiamo fatto scalo per poi recarci verso le isole.
Il servizio transfer è gratuito e puntuale.
La colazione buona, il buffet poteva essere più ampio, un po' limitata la scelta

Cons:

Anche se di passaggio avremmo avuto bisogno di noleggiare un motorino, ma l'hotel non ha il servizio diretto e al momento della richiesta non hanno fornito supporto nella possibile ricerca/contatto.

Comfortable and economical
Pros:

Oakwood Hotel is comfortable and economical and was recommended by friends who lived in the vicinity. It was a useful base to return to after meetings and not too far away from the airport for an early morning flight the next day.
