Y séjourner sera toujours trop court !
Pros:

Localisation optimale, à 2 pas de la gare. Hotel de très beau standing, avec un personnel au petits soins, que ce soit à la réception, au bar ou au restaurant. Sans oublier le service d’étage qui était aussi ultra efficace, nous y étions avec notre enfant, je vous garantie que les couches n’ont pas eu le temps d’embaumer la chambre.
Nous y avons mangé pour les 3 repas et ce fut vraiment agréable à chaque étape, le petit déjeuner nous a fait tourner la tête tant il est garnis, le déjeuner est vraiment bien également avec une carte pour tout les goûts, et alors le Alex’s grill pour le dîner est tout simplement une expérience à part. N’oubliez pas de déguster un excellent cocktail au bar pour l’apéritif, c’est un endroit très chaleureux avec les classiques, mais aussi quelques originalités qui valent le détour.
Que dire de la piscine, juste incroyable pour tous, nageurs ou barboteurs, vous y trouverez un bain chaud, une zone à remous, et la piscine va jusqu’à 2,5 mètres de profondeur pour ceux qui aiment la pression.
En bref, cet hôtel est vraiment très agréable, nous y serions bien restés plus longtemps.

perfekter kurzurlaub für zwei fantastische skitage und erholung
Pros:

sehr nettes personal, sehr zentral (5‘ vom bhf), nahe beim skibus, schönes zimmer mit neuem bad, grösse des zimmers optimal, sehr reichhaltiges, super frühstücksbuffet (inkl. versch. eierspeisen und porridge auf wunsch), schönes spa (inkl. ladys sauna)

Pros:

Petit déjeuner correct, du niveau d'un 4 étoiles;

Cons:

Salle de bain construite il a des dizaines d'années, n'est pas du niveau d'un 4 étoiles, Les accessoires de salle de bain version dorée ont progressivement été remplacés par des robinets ou pommeaux de douche chromés, en rebouchant les trous de l'ancien robinet avec des pastilles métal, une armoire de salle de bain hors d'age et en mauvais état, bref honteux de proposer ce type de prestation. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, donc mise en place de 2 radiateurs électriques. La propreté de la chambre n'était pas au niveau. enfin les rideaux de la chambre n'étaient pas occultant, donc réveil par la lumière tôt le matin.... Baignoire bouchée, ampoule hors service: j'imagine qu'il n'y pas de gouvernante pour vérifier la chambre avant l'arrivée des clients.

The coolest bar in all of Zermatt Central. Lukas and Jeoffery were the best bartenders. They were so nice, Lukas even stayed late into the night to keep serving us drinks in the cigar lounge. The food was amazing, the breakfast was very solid buffet as well. Very good value for the price of the hotel. The spa was great and enjoyed how hot the sauna was!

Cons:

The room was pretty hot sometimes when we’d come back from skiing but to be fair we did have the heater on in the room and forgot to turn it off

L'hôtel Alex est le lieu parfait pour un séjour chaleureux et reposant à la montagne !
Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l'hôtel Alex pour la qualité exceptionnelle de leur accueil, le confort des chambres, l'amabilité du personnel, le raffinement de leur cuisine, la variété des services et activités proposés (spa, tennis, gym, massage, solarium, piscine, etc.). L'emplacement idéal de l'hôtel permet une arrivée simple depuis la gare ainsi que de rejoindre rapidement les pistes de ski. L'ambiance chaleureuse et la bienveillance des équipes nous ont permis de nous sentir comme chez nous et nous donner envie de revenir !

Hotel Alex: aussergewöhnlich schön, herzlich geführt (3. Generation inklusive) und perfekt zum Verweilen und Auftanken
Pros:

Hotel Alex – was soll ich sagen: ein Hotel zum Träumen und Verweilen.
Tolles Ambiente, perfekt für einen Ausflug nach Zermatt und zum Übernachten. Die Zimmer sind jedes auf seine Art aussergewöhnlich und einfach einladend – genauso wie das ganze Hotel.

Familientradition wird hier ganz grossgeschrieben: Die 3. Generation ist bereits mit im Hotel dabei – mega schön zu spüren.
Der Wellnessbereich ist einfach der Hammer – Erholung pur ist hier wirklich vorprogrammiert.

Alles ist sehr sauber, das Personal super zuvorkommend – wir wurden herzlich empfangen, und man merkt sofort: Der Gast steht an erster Stelle.
Und das Essen: unbedingt empfehlen! Mega, mega fein. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen.

Schon beim Ankommen merkt man: Hier stimmt einfach alles.
Das Hotel Alex vereint Stil, Wärme und echte Gastfreundschaft auf eine wunderbar entspannte Art. Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Gast, sondern sofort willkommen. Die liebevolle Führung über Generationen hinweg ist überall spürbar und verleiht dem Haus eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre.

Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll, individuell und laden zum Abschalten ein. Der Wellnessbereich ist ein echtes Highlight – ruhig, hochwertig und perfekt, um Körper und Kopf zur Ruhe kommen zu lassen.
Kulinarisch wurden wir ebenfalls rundum verwöhnt: ausgezeichnetes Essen und ein Frühstück, das mit Qualität und Vielfalt überzeugt.
