A small and quiet hotel - decent stay but way overpriced
Pros:

Cleanliness of the room and all other spaces, quiet hotel, nice neighborhood. Breakfast had a good quality, although not a variety of options.

Cons:

Hotel look and feel is very classic but can be really dark - literally speaking (poor lighting, very dark spaces), to the extent that it can feel inconvenient and less welcoming. Staff members were not rude, but were also not eager to help with anything beyond the bare minimum - for example during check out, we were not even asked if we needed any help with our luggage or with our transport arrangements. Due to a popular event that was happening in Dusseldorf we booked the room at a very high price, which was definitely not corresponding to the services provided.

Schönes Ambiente, gutes Bett, ordentliches Frühstücksbuffet, dort auch nettes Personal.

Cons:

Schlecht koordiniertes Pre-Check-In: Nach der Buchung (Zimmer mit Frühstück), auf der schon der Parkplatzwunsch vermerkt war, kamen per KI-Bot wiederholte Anfragen, ob wir Frühstück oder eine Parkplatz buchen wollten.
Empfangspersonal etwas unterkühlt, man fühlte sich bei der Ankunft als Gast nicht wirklich willkommen.

Zeer sfeervolle Britse styling door gehele hotel. Erg aantrekkelijk. Erg goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Geen airco in kamer beneden. Te warm. Er wordt in ventilatoren voorzien maar die make. Teveel herrie.
