Zimmer mit minimalistischer Ausstattung
Pros:

gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Bellagio unf Como, sowie nette Besitzer. Parken vor dem Haus war auch während des Aufenthaltes möglich. Gutes Frühstück, gute Auswahl, wenn auch unterschiedlich große Portionen. Umgänglicher, freundlicher Reinigungsservice. Schöner Sitzplatz mit Seeblick auf der Etage. Hat den Aufenthalt angenehmer gemacht und uns wegen des engen Zimmers etwas entschädigt.

Cons:

Zimmer viel zu klein für 3 Personen. Kein Schrank und auch kein Schreibtisch vorhanden, obwohl bei der Ausstattung dabei sein sollte. Stattdessen gab es zwei schmale Holzstücke, was wohl eine Theke und ein Regal darstellen sollten, verbunden mit einem Baumstamm, an dem wir nichts aufhängen konnten. Kein Stuhl und auch kein Schreibtisch. Auch im Bad gab es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten (nur ein Hocker und das Bidet, das eigentlich für andere Zwecke gedacht ist), sowie ein kleines Stück Holz, auf dem kaum eine Kulturtasche passte. Gartenblick fehlte, dafür Blick auf die Seitenstraße und das Restaurant und umgekehrt direkt in unser Bad, wegen fehlender Jalousie, was die Privatsphäre eingeschränkt hat. Ständiger Verkehrslärm bei Tag und am Abend laute Gäste im Restaurant, die bis in die Nacht zu hörenwaren. Erholungsurlaub sieht anders aus. Schade!

Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique et l'hôtel très authentique, ce qui crée un charme imparable !
Les deux points forts sont surtout le restaurant de très haute qualité et enfin le personnel, accueillant, polyglotte et efficace !

Cons:

Pas grand chose: la chambre était confortable mais ne possèdait pas toutes les commodités. Cela est lié au type d'hôtel qui est un bâtiment ancien, donc on ne peut guère transformer cela en reproche!

Great value stay on Lake Como
Pros:

This is a great hotel for staying on Lake Como at a very reasonable price. The young staff members were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

The rooms are quite small, but they are perfectly comfortable and offer a beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of quality products.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good value in a fantastic location.

Cons:

Parking can be a little challenging. We were lucky enough to find a free parking space nearby, but this may not always be the case.

We were also a bit disappointed by the restaurant on the upper floor. It presents itself as a fine dining experience, but unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations.

Beautiful and nice food!
Pros:

Beautiful location, friendly staff and the restaurant of the hotel is delicious. Via the staff we got the number for a private boat ride on the lake, which was so special and beautiful! Our room didn’t have a balcony but there was one in the hallway, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was also really good and nice selection! They have oat milk. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy.

Всё достаточно старенькое, вид из моего номера оставлял желать лучшего , из моего номера предлагали вид на сад, но сада я не увидела

Excellent view of the lake! The location was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

We were there at a very hot period and the A/C was not quite able to keep the room cool at night.

The garden let down the property, it showed sun loungers on the photos but there were just a few chairs and the garden was run down

Mooi verblijf aan het Como meer
Pros:

De locatie heeft een prachtig uitzicht. We waren welkom met ons hondje. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten in het restaurant was heerlijk. We kregen een take away ontbijt mee omdat we vroeg weg moesten, zelfs glutenvrij.

Cons:

Het was nog redelijk warm op de kamer, ondanks de airco. Er was geen frigo aanwezig op de kamer, wat wel handig kan zijn met warme temperaturen.

Nous avons passé deux belles nuits à Briisa de Ness! L'hotel est un petit joyau. Ambiance familiale, proche de la plage locale et du pont. Magnifique vue sur le lac depuis la chambre. Tres propre. Il y a deux places de parking réservés aux clients
