Hat alles gut geklappt, freundliches Personal
Pros:

Zimmer war geräumig, wir hatten zu dritt viel Platz, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

WLAN hat im Zimmer nicht funktioniert, im Flur gut.
Ein Handtuch war am ersten Tag total schwarz vor Schimmel, danach waren sie gut.

Ich war rundum zufrieden, abgesehen vom Frühstückskaffee...

Super Lage! Tolle Aussicht!
Parkplätze vorhanden aber ein paar Minuten entfernt. Kurz Parken vor der Tür des Hotels und Gepäck abgeben möglich.
Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, was bei hohen Temperaturen eine große Freude ist.
Sehr nettes Personal das auf jede Frage freundlich Auskunft gibt, ob Rezeption, House keeping oder im Restaurant.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück nur 1 Kaffee gratis, wer mehr trinken möchte muss bezahlen!
Ein No-Go meines Erachtens!!!

Toller Blick auf den Lago Maggiore
Pros:

Schönes altes Hotel mit gutem Komfort. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte in der heißesten Woche des Jahres einwandfrei. Toll war der direkte Seeblick vom Balkon. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse umfangreich, u.a. mit frischem Obst im Glas.
Das hauseigene Restaurant liegt direkt am See und ist wirklich gut.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht optimal, aber man kann zumindest zum Ein- und Ausladen vor dem Hotel parken. Der Hotelparkplatz ist ziemlich weit weg, aber es gibt weitere Parkplätze.

Mit Kinder sehr unkompliziert, einfach und schnell beim Baden oder Apero!

Sehr unkompliziert!
Mit drei Kinder drei Erwachsene waren die Zimmer sehr gut aufgeteilt.

Cons:

Im einen Zimmer war es Nachts sehr laut. Und nicht ganz klar von wo der lärm kam. Was für wenig Schlaf sorgte leider
