We like everything about this hotel, it's the reason we keep going back, we are there again in three weeks.
All the staff are extremely welcoming, I'd like to mention the older gentleman in the dining room, he remembers your name and the last time we stayed he was looking after a lady unable to walk well, he went to collect her breakfast requirements and kept an eye on her, asking if she needed anything else. Lovely to see !

Shower & location. Staff were very friendly. Parking outside entrance for our motorbike ungder CCTV.
Road surface at Exit and entrance to the hotel was under reservation and made getting in and out very difficult with our motorbike.

Location
This was our 3rd time at the hotel and unfortunately the years haven’t been kind to it, either lack of maintenance or less attention to detail by the staff, in our opinion this is no longer a 4 * hotel.
Our room was small and very basic, the AC didn’t work when we arrived, we did get it fixed, by engineering who brought a change of filter, they must have been waiting for the complaint to be made to sort out the problem, it would be better if they maintained the rooms properly so that the guests were not inconvenienced. No coat hangers in the room which despite advising reception of this, never materialised.
Booked underground parking and had to manoeuvre around a builders skip in what was a tight access anyway, would have preferred to have left my Car out front, if I’d have been advised of the situation.
Perhaps I’m knit picking but the lifts were exceptionally slow.
VERY VERY Disappointed will not be going back.

From the moment I walked through the door I was impressed. Beautiful hotel. The manager was very welcoming and all the staff were so helpful and friendly.
