Pros:

Boa localização com estacionamento. Boa insonorização e sossegado. Bom pequeno almoço.

Cons:

Devia ter no quarto uma chaleira e um chá. Penso que para um hotel de 4 estrelas era o mínimo.
Não gostei de não haver água no hotel quando cheguei à noite por causa de uma avaria. No dia seguinte não consegui tomar banho porque a água estava praticamente fria. Muito desagradável.

Uma fuga gastronómica para Chaves com oferta de estância termal!

O Hotel tem uma localização óptima, central, com facilidade para fazer caminhadas e conhecer a cidade.
O Hotel tem uma boa relação qualidade/preço, um excelente pequeno almoço e a área dos quartos e casa de banho é bastante agradável.
Os funcionários são simpáticos e eficientes.

Cons:

Gostei menos foi do pouco cuidado no pavimento na entrada do Hotel, a falta de conforto e de decoração, que seria agradável quer na sala de estar, quer na sala dos pequenos almoços e, infelizmente, do comportamento inadequado de alguns hóspedes que falavam alto nos corredores e se sentavam nos sofás com os sapatos em cima deles... Considero uma falta de educação e de respeito para os restantes hóspedes.

Das Hotel ist etwas älter, aber gut unterhalten. Liegt schön am Flussufer und direkt neben den Thermen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut.

Cons:

o sensor do cartão no quarto não funcionava. Era necessário ligar o dijuntor no quadro eléctrico.
O serviço no restaurante (jantar) um pouco demorado. Aparentemente estava a decorrer uma festa de aniversário na sala ao lado.
