כלום. המלון היה סגור.
הזמנו מקום שלושה חודשים מראש. כ 24 שעות לפני ההגעה קיבלנו הודעה שהמלון סגור ולא יוכלו לארח אותנו.
נאלצנו למצוא פתרון לינה אחר במקום אחר ובמחיר אחר מעכשיו לעכשיו.
כמו כן לא קיבלנו כל תגובה לשאלותנו לא מהמלון ולא מבוקינג.
מביקור פיזית במקום ובירור עם בעלי עסק סמוכים הבנו שהמלון כבר סגור מאפריל. אז למה מודיעים לנו רק 24 שעות לפני ??
Három hétig nem szólt sem a Booking, sem a szállás, hogy felújítás miatt zárva tart. Aznap délben jött a sajnálatkérő üzenet, amikor mentünk volna. Megbízhatatlan mind a szállásadó, mind a Booking, hogy nem ellenőrzi a közvetített szállásokat.

The lady on reception just happened to be there, telling us that the hotel had been closed since the 6th April! We weren't able to stay there.. But she was very friendly and helpful.
It wasn't open! Booking.com didn't email to let us know either!
Nada porque no pude alojarme.
Nos cogieron una reserva a sabiendas que lo tenían cerrado , al igual que nosotros había más gente , nos hicieron perder toda la mañana . Buscando urgentemente otro hotel. No entiendo cómo cogen reservas o te comunican que estaba cerrado. No fue puntual la cafetería de al lado nos dijo que llevaba tiempo cerrado.
El hotel se encuentra cerrado y Noé pude alojar. Pero si me descontaron el valor del alojamiento de la Tarjeta de Crédito.
