The location is superb, right on the main esplanade. The seafront stretch is full of hotels, but this one offers great value compared to the larger ones down the road. Rooms are good, sizeable, with balconies from which I had a good view of Mt Vesuvio over the bay. I forgot a pair of glasses, but the staff was very helpful in sending them to me.

Francesca and Julia were most knowledgeable and helpful providing great suggestions for dining and sightseeing.
Perfect bay location yet 15 minutes only to ferry and Spanish Quarter.
Small issues: The Nespresso coffee machine in the room did not have coffee pods or milk.
Also Italy is a country that produces amazing bread and yet the breakfast offering was pre sliced rather than crusty rolls to accompany the meats and cheeses.
