Pros:

La navette pour rejoindre le funiculaire.

Cons:

Hotel qui aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement.
Salle de bain abîmée, rideau de douche pour la baignoire !!!!
Et très chaud dans la chambre, malgré demande de baisser le chauffage.
Très très difficile d'obtenir une facture du séjour. J'ai dû faire intervenir booking directement !!!

Bon séjour quand même mais 5 étoiles me paraissent trop…
Pros:

L’hôtel est joli et bien situé avec un parking extérieur. Le serveur au Cadre Royal était agréable (merci pour les 2 boules de glace).

Cons:

La chambre était correcte mais pas exceptionnelle. La robinetterie de la baignoire est vieillissante. Pour un 5 étoiles, je trouve que la façon de préparer le lit pour la nuit n’est pas digne d’un hôtel de cette catégorie (pliage de la couette très basique et aspect général bâclé).

Nous avons été très surpris que lors de notre repas du soir au Cadre Royal, il n’y ait plus le loup de mer disponible. Notre bouteille de vin rouge, un Merlot valaisan était également en rupture de stock ! Nous avons dû prendre le 2ème Merlot sur la carte qui était CHF 24.- plus cher !

Je précise également que pour le loup de mer, personne ne nous a annoncé qu’il n’y en avait plus avant que nous le commandions ! Petit geste du serveur avec 2 boules de glace.

Ces choses là ne devraient pas se produire dans un hôtel qui se dit 5 étoiles

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt positiv, abgesehen von den vorgenannten negativen Punkten.
Pros:

Frühstück gut, Lage des Hotels perfekt.

Cons:

Das Hotels ist ziemlich heruntergekommen, renovationsbedürftig.
Über den Geschmack der Einrichtung lässt sich streiten, z. B. der weisse Geweih-Leuchter im Eingangesbereich.
Diesbezüglich stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nichtl

Bel hôtel, belle vue, personnel agréable. Jolie chambre spacieuse. L'espace piscine est à revoir.
Pros:

Joli hotel, assez bien situé, agréable. Personnel sympathique et bonne expérience lors du check in où nous avons été upgradé. La chambre était spacieuse et agréable, bien que nous y soyons allés en tout début de saison donc difficile de se rendre compte niveau équipement de ski. Grand balcon agréable, jolie vue. La sdb est grande, avec baignoire et bidet. pas de lumière du jour par contre (pas de fenêtre). Breakfast agréable, avec qq options sans gluten appréciées.

Cons:

- la piscine intérieure est très petite, et le jacuzzi était FROID. Piscine très fréquentée, mais l'eau était froide donc pas agréable du tout. Sol très glissant.
- le restaurant était full et nous n'avons pas été prévenus par avance - impossible d'y avoir une table.
- Parking dehors limité malgré le fait que la plupart des clients viennent en voiture...
- A la fin du séjour, ils nous ont demandé de payer des boissons du bar que nous n'avons pas consommées. J'ai dû demander le remboursement par la suite.
- Les prix du spa sont incroyablement chers

Big old hotel, that needs a lot of upgrading to call itself a 5 star hotel.
Pros:

Location, parking spaces and room with balcony’s

Cons:

The bathrooms very old fashioned needs upgrading, lose the bath and get a decent shower with shower hose that work… design from 1989.
Corridor through to swimming pool, really needs upgrading, lift too. Breakfast area needs improvement
