The room is extremely dated and grimey, despite being advertised as a two bedroom apartment it is really a 1 bedroom, with one bed in what is basically a closet, and another in the 'living room' / kitchen, which is also extremely small and definitely not big enough for 4 people. The apartments only TV is also in the larger double bed room, meaning there is no communal space for everyone to sit, eat, watch tv, etc.

The bathroom is extremely gross, with the ceiling and shower curtain covered in black mould, which I cannot imagine is healthy.

There is no air conditioning, and the apartment gets extremely stuffy during the day. There is one single broken fan for the entire apartment. There was also an extremely loud construction site right across the road which continued late into the night. The location in the middle of the city is convenient however it never really quietens down overnight - there is constantly cars honking their horns, people screaming, etc.

We were not provided any amenities - no shampoo, only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay between 4 people (we had to ask for more, and they only gave us one extra roll), there's no bowls, the cutlery and dishes are dirty and dated, and the whole apartment just has a 'gross' feel to it. Our sheets / towels were also never changed during the 5 day stay. The toilet fan is so clogged up with dust so whenever somebody uses it the entire apartment stinks. I was also charged 30$ more than my bookings price for the apartment, which isn't much but is still annoying.

There is also no coverings on the windows (just an exposed 16 story drop) so I would not recommend if you are travelling with small kids.

Whilst the price is good, you definitely are getting what you pay for (if not less), and I would recommend spending a bit more for somewhwre nicer or finding somewhere a bit further out of the city where you'll be able to get more space and cleanliness.

Lugar seguro, muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

Vajilla en desuso (cuchillos sin filo), faltan accesorios (microondas, tender y mopa) por si quieres lavar pisos ya que la higiene del lugar no era la mejor. Falta aire acondicionado o más ventiladores solo había uno para todo el apto. Y tuvimos durante toda la estadía (7 días) una gotera (pérdida de agua) las 24 hr cayendo en las ventanas tanto del dormitorio como del living lo cual se tornaba muy molesto.

La vajilla no estaba limpia, la puerta del baño no cerraba y las ventanas no tenían tranca (nosotros fuimos con un niño de 2 años). El primer día de reserva no podés utilizar la piscina (que es muy fría)

Confiables y rápidos. Absolutamente Recomendables.
Pros:

Todo muy bien. Incluso empatizan con las necesidades que uno puede tener. Al principio hubo una confusión con el dpto en el edificio, porque es muy grande y tiene 2 torres, pero fue solucionado con muy buena voluntad de los mismos conserjes que comprenden que uno está de paso y se suman a la ayuda de lo que se requiera. Hay ventiladores en la habitación y si necesitas más camas, en la medida de lo posible, te pueden habilitar un dpto según tu necesidad. EL estacionamiento se paga por separado, pero los mismos administradores de Personal Aparts te lo gestionan. Super confiables, y ejecutivos. Felicitaciones.
