Avoid even if you are on budget.

Location, early check-in

Cons:

Very dirty bathroom and such bad smell, dont think bed sheets were fresh either, staff speak no English when it was mentioned on website, not true, super loud at night hear all city noises, doesn't feel safe the area but central depends on interests. Gross feel to it, we literally left Santiago after our stay there.

Nur 2 Srassen vom Zentrum Santiagos, Rezeption 24 Std. besetzt, Zugang nur mit Schlüssel oder Karte, schöne Aussicht. Wir waren im 16. von 26 Stockwerken. Leider war es bei unserem Aufenthalt bewölkt. Da der Pool schon geschlossen war, konnten wir die Aussicht im obersten Stock leider nicht bewundern. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Das Appartement war nur oberflächlich einigermassen sauber. Die Küche war eher knapp eingerichtet, die Pfannen verbraucht.

La zona lleno de prostitutas y le pedi al de atención que queria un reembolso y me dijo que no hay problema que no se me cobraba nada, y luego me llego al estado de cuenta que se me habia cobrado

Não tem café da manhã. A localização é excelente, a 2 quarteirões da Praça de Armas de Santiago e a 5 quarteirões do Palacio de la Moneda.

Cons:

Não tem nenhum serviço de limpeza disponível. Não teve nenhuma troca de lençois nem de toalhas durante os 15 dias da minha estada.

Excelente estadia
Pros:

La ubicación del alojamiento es excelente, cerca de todo y con el metro a dos cuadras para trasladarte a cualquier lado. Es una zona segura y las habitaciones son cómodas. Fuimos un grupo de amigos y alquilamos 3 apartamentos y todos tienen una distribución de espacios perfectas y son cómodas para 4 y 5 personas. La piscina de la azotea muy buena y con vistas a la ciudad espectaculares. Volvería a hospedarme en el mismo lado.

Cons:

Faltan algunos utensilios de cocina (por ejemplo: una cuchilla con filo) y le faltaban algunos arreglos menores que no molestan en el hospedaje.
